Purpose and significance: This study was to reshape therelationship between in vivo mouse model to study Xuefuzhuyu mixture and vascular remodeling after balloon injury to vessel use and explore the mixture on vascular remodeling intimal hyperplasia, vascular wall inflammation factor expression, and ischemic myocardium vascular endothelium(cells) growth factor(VEGF) protein expression, and thereby provide the new therapeutic targets for Chinese medicine to prevent and treat the vascular remodeling diseases.Research methods: this experiment adopts the carotid artery of male C57 BL / 6 mice godet damage model, modeling mice(according to random number table method) were randomly divided into 5 groups:(1) blank control group;(2) vascular injury-free drug group;(3)vascular injury plus low dose group;(4)vascular injury plus high dose group;(5)vascular injury plus simvastatin.N=12. Give the groups of mice the drugs everyday at the beginning of the week before inclusion, Low-dose group and high dose group were given Xuefuzhuyu agent 10ml(7.69mg) / kg, 10ml(22.89mg) / kg, Non-medicated group was given 10 ml / kg of normal saline,, 28 days after surgery 12 mice in each group were sacrificed and take the damage segmental vessels to be analyzed.Research Results:1.Xuefuzhuyu mixue could inhibit vascular intima thickening and reduce intimal thickness ratio;2.Xuefuzhuyu mixue could inhibit the adhesion molecule ICAM-1, VCAM-1 expression;3.Xuefuzhuyu mixue can reduce serum IL-1, IL-6, TNF-? levels; 4.Xuefuzhuyu mixue can promote the expression of VEGF protein in mice, good for angiogenesis in vivo;Conclusion:Xuefuzhuyu mixture inhibit vascular remodeling, which inhibits intimal medial thickening, reducing intimal thickness ratio, controlling the adhesion molecule ICAM-1, VCAM-1 expression, lowering serum IL-1, IL-6, TNF-? levels, and promote the role of VEGF protein expression in mice may be part of the mechanism to reverse mouse carotid vascular remodeling after injury.
