| Objective: To systematically study acupuncture and massage rehabilitation training and treatment of traumatic spinal cord injury(Spinal Cord Injury,SCI)due to the recovery of international standards paraplegia rehabilitation difference in terms of efficacy for the clinical treatment of this type of disease to explore a safe and innovative rehabilitation programs significant effect of the combination of traditional and modern.Methods: Spinal cord injury,including high cervical spinal cord(C1-C4),cervical enlargement(C5-T2),thoracic(T3-T12),lumbar enlargement(L1-S2),conus(S3-5 and tail section),horsetail nerve roots spinal cord injury part 6,wherein due to trauma cause thoracic(T3-T12),lumbar enlargement(L1-S2)damage caused by paralysis of the lower limbs paralysis known as "paraplegia" and therefore meet the requirements included in the experiment this experiment a total of 44 cases of observed objects,this clinical study using the principles of randomized controlled trials using random allocation is divided into rehabilitation group and acupuncture and massage therapy combined with rehabilitation training group two groups,each group off cases in 2 cases.The actual completion of 40 cases,20 cases in each group,the control group received rehabilitation treatment,the treatment group received acupuncture and massage therapy combined with rehabilitation training programs.Two daily treatment once a month for a course of two days of rest between each course,a total of 3 courses of treatment.Respectively ASIA sensory(pinprick,light touch)score,ASIA motor score and modified Barthel before treatment,1 month,for 2 months,3 months of treatment and follow-up(one month after the end of all courses)index,functional comprehensive assessment(FCA)assessment.Statistical analysis,the first between the two groups at baseline indicators for statistical description and analysis;and then separately for each time point between the two groups SS?MS?MBI and FCA t-test and take a preliminary comparative analysis,on this basis,respectively,pin prick score,light touch score,sports scores as the dependent variable fitting optimal multi-level model,to observe the treatment and control groups thorn sleep score,light touch score,sports scores with the trend of time;then to MBI,FCA score Bivariate fit MBI multilevel model,observation and treatment group and control group,FCA with trends of time.Results: 1.two group baselines are fine,grouping more balanced,comparable(P> 0.05);2.within two pinprick before and after treatment,light touch,MS,MBI and FCA score,paired t-test,test its difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);3.between the two groups pinprick,light touch,MS,MBI and FCA scores assessed at several time points after two independent samples t-test not show statistically significant(P> 005).4.the growth trend,within four months of observation,all patients pinprick,light touch and movement scores showed a rising trend,but the trend is not linear,but showed a slow down after a parabolic form of trend growth;pin prick before the control group and the treatment group,the light touch and movement scores did not differ,and the average change over time in the same trend.That implies there is no difference in pinprick sensation,light touch and movement ratings the two groups treatment.5.both in the control group or the treatment group,over time the value of MBI and FCA two indicators are a growing trend,and substantially linear trend;there is no difference between MBI and FCA values before treatment,but the growth trend over time different,the growth rate of the treatment group than the control group,the growth rate of larger,namely the recent description of the therapeutic effect no difference between the two groups,but the long-term effect of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion: The combination of acupuncture and massage rehabilitation training and rehabilitation training can improve traumatic paraplegia patients with SS,MS and ADL and CF;in the long term efficacy,acupuncture and massage rehabilitation training more significantly improved in patients with traumatic paraplegia ADL and CF long-term effect is better than the control group.Acupuncture and massage rehabilitation training for treatment of traumatic paraplegia have very important clinical significance,it is a safe and effective treatment options. |
