| Objectives:To observe the clinical curative effect of yang-warming and blood-activating therapy on patients of the type 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease’s serum ADMA and TCM syndrome differentiation of yang eficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome, and use the Shanghan Lun by zhenwu decoction and decoction of peach kernel for activating qi for foundation treatment, observe serum ADMA targets, besides, use the theory of oxidative stress to illuminate the pathogenesis of the type 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease’s yang eficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome, then further discuss the possible way to treating CKD by yang-warming and blood-activating therapy, and provide objective evidence for yang-warming and blood-activating therapy treating CKD.Methods:①80 cases of patients with the type 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease and tranditional Chinese medicine’s syndrome differentiation of yang eficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome were enrolled as the object of study, and they were divided into the treatment group and control group by Simple random method.②Patients in the control group were treated with all western medicine, and patients in the treatment group were added tranditional Chinese medicine’s therapy on the basis of pure western medicine, and all the patients had a course of 3 months.③Observe the value of the rate of glomerular filtration (eGFR),serum urea nitrogen (BUN),serum creatinine (Scr),serum ADMA change when the treatment were at the beginning and end.Results:④After treatment, there was statistically difference (P<0.05) between the two groups in the clinical curative effect, which indicates that yang-warming and blood-activating therapy combined with western medicine to treat CKD in the clinical curative effect is superior to western medicine alone.②There was statistically difference (P<0.05) between the two groups in the clinical syndrome curative effect after treatment, which indicates that yang-warming and blood-activating therapy combined with western medicine to treat CKD in the clinical syndrome curative effect is superior to pure western medicine.③In terms of the TCM symptoms, after statistics processing, excepting nausea and diarrhea, the other symptoms have significant improvement (P<0.05 or P<0.01) in the the control group;in the treatment group, their all clinical symptoms but diarrhea were significantly improved(P<0.01). Compared with the control group, the syptoms of soreness of waist, sensation of chill, nausea, frequent urination at night in the treatment group was better (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the other symptoms have certain improvement, but they has no difference (P>0.05).④The level of eGFR,Scr,BUN,ADMA after treatment was significant difference compared with the level before treatment(P<0.05).⑤Among the groups, the level of eGFR,Scr,ADMA after treatment had significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).But the level of BUN had insignificant difference between the groups (P>0.05) after treatment.⑥Checked by linear correlation analysis, level of patients’serum ADMA showed positive correlation with Scr and BUN,negative correlation with eGFR.Conclusions:①It has an exact effect on patients with the type.3 or 4 chronic kidney disease and tranditional Chinese medicine’s syndrome differentiation of yang eficiency and blood Stasis Syndrome.②Compared with health group, the serum ADMA in the patients is significantly higher.③The yang-warming and blood-activating decoction to treat CKD in the clinical curative effect is superior to western medicine alone.④The level of the patients’ serum ADMA can be significantly dicsended by yang-warming and blood-activating decoction, which indicates that it has obvious advantages in oxidation reaction.⑤The yang-warming and blood-activating decoction not only can significantly lower the level of Scr and improve the level of eGFR,but also show their effect is superior to western medicine alone, and it indicate that this treatment had beneficial to improve the renal function, enhance the glomerular filtration rate, further delay CKD progression, and to achieve the improvement of clinical symptoms and the improvement of curative effect. |
