Photodynamic therapy and Sonodynamic therapy are new technologies for tumor treatment in medicine, which are based on the accumulation of photosensitizer or sonosensitizer in the target tissue and production of active oxygen substances with cytotoxicity include singlet oxygen under the light conditions to kill rumor cells. Dihydrogen porphin compounds are one kind of main photosensitizers and sonosensitizers, and Phytochlorin is a representative starting material for a variety of study. Thus, the preparation of Phytochlorin is crucial to the development of photosensitizer and sonosensitizer and the research of Photodynamic therapy and Sonodynamic therapy. In this research, we design the process route that use the method of acetone circumfluence and structural modification from spirulina power produced in Chenghai Lake in Yunnan Province, to obtain the product, CHC(Chenghai Chlorin) in purity of 97.4%. The total extraction yield can be up to four thousandths. The analysis of CHC and Phytochlorin from marine through the method of the UV-Vis, IR, MS, NMR and CD spectra has indicated that the three-dimensional structures of them are identical. By analyzing the principal and related components in CHC and Phytochlorin via LC-MS and LC-MS/MS, and obtaining the molecular formula and Mass Spectrometry signal of compounds L1-L11 and M1-M10, it has been proved that only three compounds, L4(M5), L5(M6), L6(M10) are identical in two samples. Then, the possible structures of compounds L2, L5 (M6), L6 (M10), L7 and L8 can also be speculated. Thus there exist certain differences in their related components. Meanwhile, this paper can provide a basis for the quality control of the preparation of compound CHC.
