In recent years, the severe residue pollution from Chinese medicine production enterprises has been reported. How to solve the residue pollution effectively attracted the attention of the society, industry and academia. The preliminary study was investigated on the dregs of Psoralea corylifolia L. from two aspects:firstly, an extraction and separation technology was established to extract residual active components from the dregs; secondly, the effects of dregs adsorbing heavy metal ions was examined. The results of the study could provide theoretical basis and technical reference for the remediation of polluted water and soil by heavy metal ions. On this basis, we put forward an utilization scheme of Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs combined with literature researches. The main research contents and results are summarized as follows:1. Ultrasonic method, reflux method, conventional extracting approach to extract three components of Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs. The best conditions of ultrasonic method, reflux method and conventional extract approach were selected for psoralen and isopsoralen. High performance liquid chromatography?HPLC? was used to detect the content of psoralen, isopsoralen and bakuchiol. The results showed that ultrasonic extraction method:psoralen's yield is 22.96 ?g/g, isopsoralen's yield is 17.19 ?g/g and bakuchiol's yield is 22.23 ?g/g; reflux extraction method: psoralen's yield is 6.62 ?g/g, isopsoralen's yield is 5.25 ?g/g and bakuchiol's yield is45.31 ?g/g; conventional extract approach: psoralen yield is 3.78 ?g/g, isopsoralen's yield is 28.62 ?g/g and bakuchiol yield is 15.98 ?g/g.2. The study of ultrasonic method, reflux method, conventional extracting approach to extract bakuchiol from dregs.Response surface method and single factor analysis method was used to find out the best conditions of ultrasonic method, reflux method and conventional extracting approach to extract bakuchiol from the dregs. The results showed that ultrasonic extraction method: bakuchiol's yield is 2.69 mg/g; reflux extraction method: bakuchiol's yield is 4.89 mg/g; conventional extract approach: bakuchiol yield is 2.36 mg/g. The best conditions of ultrasonic method is liquid-to-solid ratio 11:1, time 50 min, power 350 W; the best reflux method is liquid-to-solid ratio 11:1, time 105 min, temperature 80 ?; the best conventional extractapproach is liquid-to-solid ratio 10:1, time 48 h; And the conditions in this chapter have a better yield of bakuchiol than the conditions in the last chapter.3. The research of Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs to remove heavy metal in wastewater. This paper makes Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs as an adsorbent to adsorbing water containing Pb2+,Zn2+, Cd2+, Cu2+. Several important influence factors were investigated, such as p H, reaction time, temperature, adsorbent quantity, adsorbent treatment with acid and alkali etc. Results showed that temperature is not an important factor for the adsorption. Psoralea corylifolia L dregs has the best adsorption rate to Pb2+ in p H=5.0, time 2 h, adsorption process accords with the quasi two stage reaction kinetics, adsorption isotherm curve is Langmuir and the maximum adsorption capacity is 46.08 mg/g;Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs has the best adsorption rate to Zn2+ in p H=5.0, time 2 h, adsorption process accords with the quasi two stage reaction kinetics, adsorption isotherm curve is Freundlich; Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs has the best adsorption rate to Cd2+ in p H=5.5, time 2 h, adsorption process accords with the quasi two stage reaction kinetics, adsorption isotherm curve is Langmuir and the maximum adsorption capacity is 2.69 mg/g; Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs has the best adsorption rate to Cu2+ in p H=5.5, time 2 h, adsorption process accords with the quasi two stage reaction kinetics, adsorption isotherm curve is Langmuir and the maximum adsorption capacity is 21.69 mg/g. In addition, the alkali treatment of Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs' adsorbent effect is better than the acid treatment and raw Psoralea corylifolia L dregs.4. The design scheme of Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs' utilizationWe put forward a preliminary plan of Psoralea corylifolia L. dregs' utilization with the main research.
