| In recent years, the incidence rate, disability rate and death rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has increased year by year with the change of people’s life style, unreasonable diet structure and increasing life pressure. It has become the number one killer of human life and a major threat to people’s health and has causing huge economic burden to society and family. How to detect and prevent cardiovascular disease In the early stage, so as to decrease the morbidity rate, is an important problem in biomedical engineering research.Atherosclerosis is a physiological and pathology basis of many cardiovascular diseases, is the main cause of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. If we can realize the early detection and judgment of arteriosclerosis, we can achieve early prevention of cardiovascular disease in a large extent, to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease.The physiological parameters contain a huge amount of physiology and pathology information of human body, this thesis did a deep research of blood pressure, ECG, pulse wave, list these parameters’generation mechanism and signal characteristics. Then make detection and analysis, extract the characteristic parameter of hardening of the arteries, which reflect the human arteries, determine the degree of arteriosclerosis.Aiming at the shortage of current arteriosclerosis detection can only test a single or a small number of parameters, this thesis calculated a plurality of arteriosclerosis parameters, including arterial pulse pressure, pulse wave velocity, arterial compliance, peripheral resistance, stroke volume, cardiac output, blood viscosity, and make a comparative analysis of the various parameters through the actual test data, get a conclusion for the doctor to refer to.The main work of this thesis is:(1)to build the software and hardware platform, complete the collection and display of blood pressure, ECG, pulse wave and other physiological parameters.(2)complete the preservation and transmission of physiological parameters;(2)complete waveform analysis and calculation of physiological parameters, obtained the parameters of arteriosclerosis. |
