Acupuncture And Massage Modified Radical Mastectomy For Breast Cancer Patients After Effects Of Limb Function

Objective To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on functional rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods Methods 400 cases of breast cancer modified radical mastectomy were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical University,and the time of treatment was from October 2015 to October 2014.It was divided into four groups,100 cases in each group.The control group took normal guidance limb rehabilitation,acupuncture group received acupuncture to limb rehabilitation training,massage Group limb rehabilitation training through massage,Acupuncture and massage in the test group take limb rehabilitation training,observed and compared four groups of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy rehabilitation of limb function,muscle strength and activities of daily living situations..Results Test group of patients with breast cancer after modified radical mastectomy rehabilitation of limb function excellent rate than the control group as well as acupuncture,massage group of breast cancer patients after modified radical limb function rehabilitation in excellent rate,the comparison results are different,p <0.05.Test patients limb muscle strength recovery than the control group as well as acupuncture,massage group,the results are different,p<0.05.Activities of daily living in patients with postoperative test group than the control group as well as acupuncture,massage group.Comparative results are different,p <0.05.Conclusions For the patients with breast cancer after modified radical operation on the basis of limb rehabilitation exercise to take acupuncture combined with massage for limb rehabilitation training,can effectively improve the function of the limb,it is worth promoting.
