The Study About The Optimal Effectiveness Of Jin's Three Needle Combined With The Vitalstim Swallowing Therapy Apparatus On Treating The Bulbar Paralysis After Stroke

Objective: This topic through the clinical observation of the Bulbar Paralysis after stroke patients treated by Vitalstim group,Jin's Three Needle group and Comprehensive treatment group.we hope to obtain the Optimal effectiveness from Jin's Three Needle therapy combined with the Vitalstim swallowing therapeutic apparatus of the Bulbar Paralysis after stroke.Methods: This study is Included into a total of 90 patients with the Bulbar Paralysis after stroke,derived from guilin hospital of traditional Chinese medicine encephalopathy inpatient and outpatient service.By random allocation method to 90 cases included in the standard of the research object is divided into three groups,Vitalstim group,Jin's Three Needle group and Comprehensive treatment group(Jin's Three Needle combined with Vitalstim swallowing therapy apparatus),and it is 30 cases in each group.each group is given stroke foundation treatment and swallowing function training.VitalStim group is given Vital Stim swallowing therapy apparatus treatment,Jin's Three Needle group is given Jin's Three Needle(brain's Three Needle,tongue's Three Needle acupuncture treatment,Comprehensive treatment group is given Jin's Three Needle treatment combined with the Vitalstim swallowing therapy apparatus.Jin's Three Needle of acupuncture treatment is five times a week(from Monday to Friday).and VitalStim swallowing therapeutic treatment is one times a day.Every is for a total of 3 weeks treatment.Three weeks and Three months after treatment,the three groups respectively are used by Wa Tian drinking water test scores to evaluate the effect and the swallowing function.Results:(1)After evaluating the three groups of patients with Wa Tian drinking water test score,evaluation of curative effect,Three groups of swallowing function is improved respectively.Wa Tian drinking water test levels of comprehensive treatment group is more improved than that of VitalStim group and Jin's Three Needle group.the effective rate of VitalStim group is 60%,the effective rate of Jin's Three Needle group is63.3%and the effective rate of comprehensive treatment group is 83.3%in Efficacy evaluation.Comprehensive treatment group Compareed with VitalStim group and Jin's Three Needle group.The difference was stati stically significant(P<0.05).VitalStim group Compareed with Jin's Three Needle group,The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)The Adverse reactions is occurred in two cases in VitalStim group,adverse reactions is occurred in one cases in Jin's Three Needle group and occurred in two cases in Comprehensive treatment group.Conclusion(s): Vitalstim group,Jin's Three Needle group and Comprehensive treatment group can effectively improve swallowing function of the Bulbar Paralysis after stroke,and the clinical curative effect is clear.And Jin's Three Needle combined with the Vitalstim comprehensive treatment is more help to improve the patients' swallowing function,has Optimal effectiveness.No obvious adverse reactions in the whole research process,it is high security,and it is worth clinical promotion.
