Clinical Research On The Efficacy Of BuShenJianPiHuaYuFa In Treating Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Complicated With Blood System Damage

Objective: This study aims to observe the clinical efficacy of lupusrelated damage to the blood system with Bushen Jianpi Huayu Fa decoction which tries to provide reference for the clinical treatment on blood system damage in systemic lupus erythematosus with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method:(1)A total of 42 cases were outpatients and inpatients from Nephropathy and Rheumatology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 1,2014 to October 31,2015,who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 21 cases.Patients were in line with the diagnosis standard with SLE correlated blood system damage and spleen and kidney deficiency,blood stasis.The control group was treated with hormone(prednisone,1mg/kg/d,lasted 8 weeks,then reduced ruly)and immunosuppressant(Mycophenolate mofetil,each 0.75-1g,daily 2 times),whlie the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine of Bushen Jianpi Huayu Fa based on the therapy of control group.Two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Two groups of patients are observed the TCM syndrome,routine blood test : white blood cell(WBC),blood hemoglobin(HGB)and platelet(PLT),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),renal function: creatinine(Scr)and urea nitrogen(BUN),liver function: alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase (AST),immunoglobulin(Ig A,Ig M,Ig G),complement(C3,C4),anti-double stranded DNA antibody(anti-ds-DNA)and adverse reaction rate etc.Results:(1)Comparison of therapeutic effect: the total efficiency of treatment group was 85.71% while control group was 57.14%.There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome score: TCM syndrome score of two groups had significantly decreased(P<0.01);And the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of routine blood test: After treatment,the WBC,HGB and PLT were significantly improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of kidney and liver function,ESR: The Scr,BUN,ALT,AST of two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05);There was significantly difference(P<0.05)of ESR which was lower than before treatment,but no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05).(5)Comparison of immune index: After treatment,the levels of C3 were significantly increased(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01);After treatment,the Ig G and anti-ds-DNA were decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05);There was no statistical significance in two groups of complement C4,Ig A and Ig M(P>0.05).(6)Comparison of adverse effects rate: The incidence of acne of the treatment group occurred in 4 cases(19.05%)was less than the control group in 11 cases(52.38%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of Bu Shen Jian Pi Hua Yu Fa combined with western medicine in the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with blood system damage is exact,which could relieve clinical symptoms,improve laboratory index and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
