Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Blood System Damage With TCM Disease Combined With Syndrome

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of combining traditional Chinese andwestern medicine treatment on mildly or moderately stage of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) with blood system damage，to discuss the thinking and advantage of combiningtraditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Method:30cases of patients ofsystemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) with blood system damage in mildly or moderatelystage are divided into the treatment group and control group with1: l scale randomly. Intreatment group, on the basis of the hormone therapy with Chinese medical treatment,control group use hormone therapy alone, observe the clinical symptoms, signs, andhemoglobin (HGB), leukocyte (WBC), platelet (PLT), kidney and liver function andantibodies of group cases in treatment of patients, and during the six months, analysis theclinical effects of the scheme, hormone usage and adverse reaction condition, etc of thetwo groups. Results: According the clinical observation, the total efficiency of the twogroups had significant difference (P <0.05); before and after treatment two groups’ majorclinical symptoms and symptom score were significantly different (P <0.01or P <0.05),after treatment between groups, symptoms were significantly different (P <0.05); beforeand after treatment two groups of patients with HGB, WBC, PLT were significantdifferences (P <0.01or P <0.05), inter-group comparison after treatment, HGB, PLT thereis significant difference (P <0.05), the treatment group is better than the control group,WBC was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: In the maintenance treatmentphase, the combination therapy group more effective than western medicine alone controlgroup in improving the clinical efficacy and laboratory parameters, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and hormone use.Integrative Medicine in the maintenance oftreatmentphase of the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus blood system damage and broadprospects.
