Objective: Through the study of post-stroke cognitive impairment the distribution of TCM syndrome and syndrome differentiation of PSCI classification and blood lipid levels and the correlation of P300,provide objective basis of PSCI.Methods:Choose from January 2014 to July 2014 in our hospital treatment of 100 cases of patients with cerebral apoplexy,according to the result of cognitive function assessment after treatment for 3 months,divided into post-stroke cognitive impairment group(PSCI group,30 cases)and post-stroke no cognitive impairment group(PSNCI group,70 cases),collect the basic information of these research objects(including general situation,clinical manifestations,tongue and pulse condition,etc).Because the case fall off,gather 30 patients of PSCI and 65 cases of PSNCI with Blood lipid six in total(Including cholesterol,triglycerides,high-density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein,apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B),and measuring the event related potential P300 of patients,the obtained data by adopting the method of analysis of variance and t test were analyzed.Results: 1.PSCI syndromes in patients with factors accounted for 83%,the kidney deficiency proportion is the largest in the six basic syndrome,accounted for 80%,followed by blood stasis and phlegm turbidity syndrome,spleen deficiency,guilty and liver depression syndrome,respectively 53%,50%,47%,40% and 7%;phlegm turbidity syndrome and blood stasis syndrome of PSCI group is significantly higher than PSNCI group,difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Patients of PSCI group with total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,apolipoprotein A1 and apolipoprotein B were higher than patients of PSNCI group,but by the statistical analysis,only the total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and apolipoprotein B has significant meaning(P<0.05);The triglyceride of phlegm and blood stasis group is 1.41±0.63,the triglyceride of no phlegm and blood stasis group is 1.19±0.56,differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05);The triglycerides of phlegm turbidity syndrome and blood stasis respectively are 1.98±0.66mmol/L and 1.85±0.56mmol/L,compared with PSNCI group,difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The low density lipoprotein of phlegm turbidity syndrome is 3.52±0.3mmol/L,compared with PSNCI group,difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The apolipoprotein B of phlegm turbidity syndrome and blood stasis syndrome of respectively are 1.52±0.45 and 1.45±0.41mmol/L,compared with PSNCI group,difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The P300 latency of PSCI group is 372.8±30.9ms,The P300 latency of PSNCI group is 319.1±29.7ms,differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05);The P300 amplitude of PSCI group is 6.3±0.7mV,The P300 amplitude of PSNCI group is 10.8±1.2mV,differences between the two groups have statistical significance(P<0.05);The P300 latency of kidney deficiency syndrome of PSCI group is 375.3±31.2ms,compared with PSNCI group,difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The amplitude of PSCI phlegm turbidity syndrome is 5.8±0.8mV,compared with PSNCI group,difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);The P300 latency of blood stasis syndrome of PSCI group is 392.3±29.6ms,compared with PSNCI group,difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: 1.PSCI syndromes is mainly syndrome of intermingled deficiency and excess,phlegm and blood stasis mutual junction;2.Dyslipidemia is mainly among the PSCI phlegm and blood stasis syndrome;3.Event related potential P300 abnormalities are mainly found in PSCI kidney deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.
