The Clinical Study Of Siheyifang Treating Precancerous Lesions Of Gastric Cancer

Objective: This study through the observation with siheyifang treatment and improvement of clinical symptoms of Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,to discuss possible treatment mechanism by Siheyifang,for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer to explore the new new ideas and methods of treatment.Methods: Select the inclusion criteria of 62 cases of Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer,according to the type of traditional Chinese syndromes,they were divided into incoordination between the liver and stomach group,weakness of the spleen and stomach group,spleen-stomach damp-heat group,gastric collaterals blood stasis group,add and subtract syndrome differentiation by using Siheyifang,taking three courses,each period of treatment for 2 months.Analysis before and after themself treatment,observe the comparison all kinds of groups of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score before and after treatment,efficacy between four groups,Hp positive cases before and after the treatment,before and after treatment pathological examination,include atrophy? intestinal metaplasia?dysplasia.Results:1.Comparison traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores before and after treatment of four kinds of groups,points decreased significantly after treatment than before treatment points,the difference was statistically significant.(P < 0.05)?2.Efficacy between four groups,the difference was not statisticallysignificant(P>0.05).3.Comparison Hp positive before and after treatment,Hp-positive cases after treatment than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant.(P<0.05)?4.Comparison the pathological examination before and after treatment,through after treatment,atrophy,intestinal metaplasia,dysplasia than before treatment improved,the difference was statistically significant.(P < 0.05)Conclousion:1.Siheyifang can be used flexibly four groups of Precancerous Lesions Of Gastric Cancer and can improve clinical symptoms.2.Siheyifang can reverse and slow the progress of part of Precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.
