MTMZ Therapy For Postherpetic Neuralgia In Patients With JNK,to Study The Mechanism Of ERK_1/2 And P38MAPK Protein Regulation

Objective: To explore the regulatory effect of p38 MAPK,ERK1/2 and JNK on the protein of stinging therapy of Zhuang medicated thread.These proteins exist in postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)patients.The study provided the basis for the biological basis of Stinging therapy of Zhuang medicated thread on PHN.Methods: Select typical PHN cases and take P38 MAPK as the research index.Comparison of stinging therapy of Zhuang medicated thread before and after treatment(observation group);Another 10 healthy volunteers were selected as the normal control group.To carry out research that the serum level of Serum level of p38 MAPK,Skin tissue JNK and p38 MAPK protein expression.By using ELISA method,to detection of serum p38 MAPK levels and compare their differences.By immunohistochemical method,to detection of JNK,ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK protein expression in skin group and compare their differences.Results: Serump 38 MAPK levels were highest in the observation group before treatment.It compared with the normal control group and observation group after treatment,there was significant difference(P < 0.05).The expression of JNK,ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK protein in the skin tissue was highest in the observation group before treatment.It compared with the normal control group and observation group after treatment,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion(s): The expression of p38 MAPK was higher in patients with postherpetic neuralgia and peripheral blood in the affected area,and JNK ERK1/2,postherpetic neuralgia patients were high expression of plague.After the intervention of PHN by stinging therapy of Zhuang medicated thread,The level of p38 MAPK in peripheral blood of patients with skin,p38 MAPK and JNK were significantly down regulated expression of ERK1/2.Regulation of JNK,ERK1/2 and p38 MAPK protein may be the role of stinging therapy of Zhuang medicated thread in the treatment of PHN.A detailed study on the expression of postherpetic neuralgia in different samples.The research on the function mechanism of the stinging therapy of Zhuang medicated thread is of great significance.The JNK signal transduction pathway in the Zhuang medicine external therapy practice should have broad application prospects.
