Effects Of FuHeBeiHua Prescription On T Lymphocyte Subsets And NK Cells Of Primary Liver Cancer After Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization

Objection: To investigate the effects of the FuHeBeiHua prescription on T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells of primary liver cancer after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE),to provide effective methods for improving the immune function and protecting liver function after TACE treatment of primary liver cancer.Methods: 60 patients with primary liver cancer were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).All the two groups were treated with TACE.Treatment group to the Fu HeBei Hua prescription and joint foundation treatment and symptomatic treatment,the control group only in the foundation treatment and symptomatic treatment.Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,a course of 2 weeks.Recording before and after treatment the T lymphocyte subsets,NK cells,liver function,clinical symptoms and signs of TCM symptom scores in all patients,observing its change,and statistical analysis.Results:(1)Compared with the changes of T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells,the level of CD3+,CD4+and NK cells increased significantly after treatment in the treatment group,CD8+level decreased,CD4+/CD8+ratio increased,compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before and after treatment in the control group,there was no significant difference(P>0.05);There were significant differences in thelevel of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+and NK between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,there is a significant differences in ALT and AST of treatment group when compared with before(P<0.05).There are no statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment in the index of TBIL(P>0.0 5).There are a statistically significant differences between the two groups after treatment in the index of ALT and AST(P<0.05).(3)Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the quality of life of the treatment group was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Prescription for FuHeBeiHua can improve T lymphocyte subsets and NK cells,improve the liver function,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients with primary liver cancer after TACE.
