Object:1.We will analyze and research the difference and correlation of the admission serum ?-GGT from the UA group,the AMI group and the CHD control group.And we also analyze and research the difference and correlation of the discharged serum ?-GGT from the three groups.2.We will analyze and research the difference and correlation the serum ?-GGT of the UA group,the AMI group and the control group when they in admission and in discharged.3.We will analyze the difference and the relationship between the serum ?-GGT of patients with acute coronary syndrome and the different levels of the coronary artery stenosis.Methods:We collect 293 samples aged 45 to 75 years old in line with the standard in the Rui Kang Hospital affiliated to Guang Xi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 1,2015 to December 30,2015,154 men and139 women,including 103 samples of the UA,90 samples of the AMI and 100 samples of the CHD who are not belong to the ACS group.All samples had the coronary angiography and were recorded the age,the gender,the admitted serum ?-GGT and the discharged serum ?-GGT.According to the coronary angiography,the ACS samples can be divided into three groups,including 66 cases of single vascular lesion,74 cases of two vascular lesions,and 53 cases of more than vascular lesions.Finally,we will analyze all the data by SPSS17.0.Result:1.Comparing the unstable angina group,the acute myocardial infarction group and the coronary heart disease in the control group.There is no statistically significant difference by statistical analysis about their gender and age(P>0.05).There is statistically significant difference in the admission serum ?-GGT among the 3 groups(P<0.05).Whether the UA group serum?-GGT or the AMI group serum ?-GGT is higher than the CHD control group serum ?-GGT.And there is statistically significant difference comparing the unstable angina group and the acute myocardial infarction group(P<0.05).There is no statistically significant difference in the discharged serum ?-GGT among the 3 groups(P>0.05).There is statistically significant difference when we comparing the admission serum ?-GGT with the discharged serum ?-GGT of the UA group and the AMI group.However there is no statistically significant different when we comparing the admission serum ?-GGT with the discharged serum ?-GGT of the control group.2.Compared the two groups among the single vascular lesion group,two vascular lesions group,more than vascular lesions group and the control group.There is statistically significant difference comparing all groups of the ACS with the control group(P<0.05).However there is no statistically significant difference when we compared two groups among the single vascular lesion group,two vascular lesions group,more than vascular lesions group(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Whether the admission serum?-GGT from the UA group or the AMI group,it is higher than the CHD control group serum ?-GGT.we can conclude that there is some relevance between elevated serum ?-GGT and the acute coronary syndrome.When the acute coronary syndrome happens on some patient,the serum ?-GGT will be higher than before.The elevated serum ?-GGT have some predictive value to occurrence of the acute coronary syndrome.It is maybe one of the predictor to the ACS.We find that the admission serum ?-GGT of the acute myocardial infarction group is higher than the serum ?-GGT of the unstable angina group.We consider that there is a certain relationship with the thrombus after the damage of vascular plaque.We review the discharged serum ?-GGT again after our treatment,and we find that all the serum ?-GGT reduced to normal.The case shows us that the serum ?-GGT may be similar to the myocardial enzyme,it has certain timelines.It will increase especially in the acute phase of coronary heart disease.2.The serum ?-GGT of the ACS group is higher than the control group,but there is no significant relationship between the level of the index and the severity of coronary stenosis.
