The Rule Of Syndrome And Treatment Of Ling Gui Class Prescriptions

Objective: Ling Gui class prescriptions is a representative prescription to make the water metabolism normal,originates from typhoid miscellaneous disease theory written by Zhang Ji,born in the Eastern Han Dynasty.The successor inherited the clinical experience,which was treating a variety of diseases by Ling Gui class prescriptions,and achieved a lot.It is our young generation's mission that is to study the dialectical thinking mode and to explore the law of its clinical medication.Ling Gui class prescriptions fromtyphoid miscellaneous disease theory is the research target.The study collected and analyzid the literature data by modern statistical methods,combined the experience from my supervisor,comprehensively summarized the rule of syndrome and treatment of Ling Gui class prescriptions.Which will be providing the reference to dialectical theory of governance and make a prescription,will be better service to and benefiting patients.Methods:The research,on the basis of clinical practice,combined with the classical theory of traditional Chinese medicine,discussed the 636 cases from 2015 previously published in Journal of traditional Chinese medicine of literature about Ling Gui agent and tutor's clinic records about Ling Gui class prescriptions.The research analyze the gender,age,season of onset,etiology,course,tongue,pulse,regular medication,western medicine disease like spectrum,TCM disease of 636 patients with modern mathematical statistical methods(statistical frequency analysis method,statistical analysis method,golden section method)Which systematically agented the mainly used pointers,the law of adding drugs,the disease spectrum of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine disease of Ling Gui certificate.Finally,we made a comparion and confirmation between clinical treatment with the opinion of skilled doctor,probe into a rule of syndrome and treatment of Ling Gui class prescriptions.Result:(1)The general regularity of Ling Gui class prescriptions certificate: there is no obvious difference in gender.The main disease groups are middle-aged and elderly,the highest incidence of middle-aged,elderly.The Time of onset is the most in summer,the second in winter.The main cause are internal diseases,asthenia,eating and drinking without temperance and improper exopathy.The main course of disease is within 1 years.(2)clinical dialectical pointer: tongue is pale,pink;tongue slippery tongue coating,greasy moss,thin fur,fur color is white;tongue to fat and big tongue and tooth marked tongue.the main pulse are deep pulse,taut pulse,slippery pulse,thin vein.The main symptom is difficulty in urination,tightness in the chest,palpitation palpitation,dizziness,shortness of breath,asthma,anorexia,cough,thirst without desire to drink,tastelessness,edema,fatigue,nausea and vomiting,heart PI Jian,stomach pain,loose stool,urine,joint pain.(3)The law of using Medication: the commonly used dose of Fu Ling is 18 grams,20 grams,25 grams.The commonly used dosage is 9 grams,Guizhi 10 grams,12 grams.636 cases got 212 herbs taste,with a total of 2185 times,each medicine on average 10.3 times.The main types of herbs is deficiency,phlegm,heat,dampness,dampness,Qi and blood stasis.The main herbs astragalus root,dried ginger,pinellia tuber,atractylodes rhizome,ginseng,cortex magnoliae officinalis,plantain seed,pith,coix seed,rhizoma Chuanxiong,radix aconiti lateralis preparata,bitter orange,cinnamon,dried orange peel,shizandra berry,fritillaria,gastrodia elata,pericarpium trichosanthis,uncaria,cortex phellodendri,pericarpium arecae,poly gala root,Chinese angelica,codonopsis,Huo fragrance,balloonflower root,amomum fruit,oyster.(4)Western medicine treating diseases: the digestive system is the most,gastritis,stomachache,diarrhea among digestive is frequently,followed by respiratory system,circulatory system,neural system,urinary system.TCM treating diseases: there are spleen and stomach disease,indications of disease to kidney disease,lung disease,heart disease.Indications of treating diseases are dizziness,cough,chest pain,palpitations,diarrhea,edema,stranguria,diabetes,lung distension,constipation,enuresis.Conclusion: Ling Gui agent group consists mainly of nine prescriptions,which is the Lingguishugan decoction,Fuling Gancao Decoction,Wuling powder,Ling Guigan zaogab decoction,Fuling Zexie decoction,Linggui Fivewei Gancao flavors Decoction,Yinchen Wuling powder,Fangji Fuling decoction.Which have the fuction of warming Yang and transporting water,minifying spleen and dispelling water,removing dampness and treating Jaundice,gasification and diuresis,Qi-Regulating and calm the adverse-rising energy,tonifying spleen and benifting stomach,relieve uneasiness of mind and keep calm and so on.The main application is to make the water metabolism normal.Doctors later who inherit constantly the previous experience expand the scope of application of the prescription by increase of different traditional Chinese Medicine,and promot the development of traditional Chinese medical clinical.
