Objective:By noninvasive vascular function detection in the screening population in high normal blood pressure group,and by comparing the ideal blood pressure and hypertension groups,make high normal value blood pressure population and noninvasive vascular function detection index correlation research.In order to provide new methods and ideas for clinical early diagnosis and intervention of hypertension.Methods:In this study,we collected January 2015 to 2016 January outpatient medical number 803 cases in Wan Nan Medical College yijishan hospital,including of 495 males and women 308 cases.All cases were investigated and risk factors of hypertension.Including sex,age,BMI,blood biochemical,and signed informed consent.With the elimination of malignant tumor,acute cardiac and cerebrovascular events,severe respiratory,digestive,blood and rheumatic diseases of the immune system,as well as pregnancy,secondary hypertension and antihypertensive drugs.Use manufacturing Xinyue Qi Beijing Technology &Trade Co.,Ltd.of VBP-9 arteriosclerosis detector,PWV and ABI and AI were measured,and by the nurse for the detection.Which taking sides PWV,ABI is the highest value as the research data,the arteriosclerosis detector automatically center arterial pressure,AI value,and has achieved through correction.Results: 1.The research results show that the high normal blood pressure has 270 cases(188 cases of male,female 82 cases),with a total of 803 cases investigation,the rate of the detection with high normal blood pressure is 33.62%,in which the male detection rate is 37.98%,female detection rate is 26.62%.2.Noninvasive vascular function detection index PWV in ideal blood pressure group and high normal blood pressure group and hypertension group among the three groups,there was statistically significant difference,each pairwise group.There were significant differences,and the high normal values crowd PWV mean blood pressure of 95% confidence interval:(1452.78,1503.67)cm / sec.3.Noninvasive vascular function indexes ABI and AI have not significant difference among the three groups and between each two groups were not statistically significant.4.The age,systolic blood pressure,diastolic pressure and pulse pressure were moderately positive correlated with PWV;low correlation with heart rate;was negatively correlated with BMI and AI.5.The study were divided into male and female groups and comparing with each groups,The DBP,PP,PWV and ABI were significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion: 1.High normal blood pressure in patients with intracranial arterial compliance decreased,increased stiffness PWV than normal value increased significantly,and high normal blood pressure independent and 95% CI is(1452.78,1503.67)cm / sec.2.ABI in detection of high normal blood pressure vascular function has less clinical application value.3.Because of many influencing factors related to AI and poor correlation with PWV,it can not be a index alone as the evaluation of high normal blood pressure in arterial elasticity.4.In the evaluation of the vascular function in high normal blood pressure crowd,ABI and AI index is less sensitive than PWV.
