The government work report in 2014 pointed out China's tertiary indus try to GDP more than secondary industry to GDP for the first time.This me ans that China's economy has changing from the original industrial leading economy to the service-dominant economy and step indeveloping tertiary i ndustry,especially provision for the aged and healthcare industry.which ha ve a huge potential economic growth in the current and the next stage.The medical service website,a great potential growth,arouse more people's and business investment companies' concern.Basing on the Internet,themedica l service website implement multi-functional comprehensive online medica l services including the authoritative medical service,the network health ed ucation,the health information query,the on line diagnosis,the reservation to register online andtheonline medical payment between patients,doctors and relevant healthcare workers.In this paper,the theory of consumer elements behaver analysis and sunmmany the literature sorting are the basment to finger out the relationship between the effect and the consumer behavior,recycle rating questionnaire and quantitative decision-making matrix method determine the medical service,the key success factors of consumer behavior,final reoccupy importance discriminant matrix gives the SDD people health service related marketing strategy recommendations.The article is divided into six parts,the first is introduction,mainly introduces interferes with the article's research background,purpose,significance,thinking,method,innovation points and research status at home and abroad.Then introduces the theoretical foundation of the article including consumer behavior theory,key success factors theory,quantitative decision-making matrix theory,the importance of judging matrix theory.And then summarizes the definition,classification and characteristics of medical service,based on the theory of consumer behavior of medical services were summarized,site factors of consumer behavior.Secondly by double dimension,two judgment methods questionnaire and quantitative decision matrix as the consumer Angle calculated Angle of medical service,the key success factors and the enterprise of medical service,the key success factors,resulting from the integration of both medical service,the key success factors.Finally using the analysis results in front of an importance discriminant matrix analysis "SDD" people health service at present situation,and according to the situation given marketing strategy recommendations.
