| Objective:To investigate the basic situation of occupational career crowd hypertension, analysis of major cardiovascular risk factor, to provide the basis comprehensive prevension and treatment of hypertension in the workplace.Methods:In September 2012,1880 employees of the enterprise to conduct a comprehensive physical examination, investigation of hypertension and cardiovascular risk factors at baseline and EPIData was used to establish the database data entry,analysis by SPSS 17.0 software. At the same time, investigating to the retired workers between the ages of 60-75, screening for stroke patients.And grouped according to the related risk factors, comparsion of different risk factors of stoke incidence.Results:Screening out of a total of 1880 employees,660 hypertension patients, 35.1%..2370 at the age of 60-75 years old retired employee check-up, a total of 314 stroke patients screened, the incidence of 13.25%. And grouped according to blood glucose, cholesterol, obesity, smoking, hing saltdiet.1.660 hypertensive patients,male 572 cases, accounting for 43.43% of the number of male physical examination, famale 88 cases, accounting for 15.63% of the number of female medical examination. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2. Patients with elevated blood glucoseis 210 cases, including 36 clear history of diabetes population.210 cases of patients with hypertension and hypeiglycemia staff in 109 cases, accounting for 51.91%.1670 cases of non-high blood sugar workers,551 cases of hypertension, accounting for 32.99%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3. Patients with high blood lipids of 402 cases,197 patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia workers, accounting for 49.01%. Non hyperlipidemia staff of 1478 cases,% 463 cases of hypertension patients, accounted for 31.33%. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4. And the more complicated risk factors, the incidence of strokeis high.Conclusions:1. The prevalence of hypertensionis was high in XXX enterprise, gender differences, was significantly associated with blood glucose and blood lipid, obesity, smoking, high salt diet.2. The incidence of stroke in patients with hypertension is higher than the other factors. And also closely related with high cholesterol, high blood sugar, obesity, smoking, high salt diet. Carry out the prevention and treatment of high blood pressure in this enterprise is very necessary. And the more complicated risk factors, the higher the incidence. |
