Efficacy Huoxue Tongluo Treatment Of Acute Ischemic Stroke With Cognitive Impairment And Its Impact On The Human Heat Shock Protein 70

Objective: This subject adopts randomized controlled trials designed to observe the clinical efficacy of Collateral etiology Differentiation Modified Tong qiao huo xue decoction treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients with cognitive impairment,with Huoxue Tongluo in the acute phase.and by detecting serum levels of HSP70 changes,and combined with modern pharmacological research,to explore its possible mechanism.Methods: There were 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction with cognitive impairment were randomly divided into two groups.The traditional Chinese medicine group have 30 cases and the others were divided into the control group.Chinese medicine group and the control group underwent routine secondary prevention of cerebral infarction treatment and the underlying disease control,on this basis,the Medicines be Huoxue tongluo Chinese medicine treatment,the control group received citicoline sodium tablets therapy,treatment for 14 days.by comparison between the two groups of changes in serum levels of the Montreal cognitive assessment(Mo CA)score,the US National Institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)score,Human Heat Shock Protein 70.the evaluation of the early application of the intervention is acute Huoxuetongluo ischemic clinical efficacy of cognitive dysfunction after stroke,and to explore its possible mechanism.In the course of one month after the end of the follow-up once,simultaneously detect Mo CA Scale score,observe its effect on short-term prognosis.Results: In Mo CA calculus,compared with before treatment,both groups were up Mo CA points(P <0.01),and showed no Mo CA points after treatment,a significant difference(P> 0.05),while the efficacy of the two groups of cognitive ability Comparative assessment of the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),that the short-term efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group improved cognition fairly;and in follow-up treatment after the end of January,two Mo CA points than before the rise,but the improvement over traditional Chinese medicine group the control group(P <0.05),and the evaluation of the efficacy of cognitive differences between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05),described TCM group than the control group on the efficacy of short-term prognosis.For the improvement of NIHSS points,two points NIHSS decreased compared with before treatment(P <0.01),but the difference between the two groups after treatment points NIHSS was statistically significant(P <0.05),that the Medicines improvement than the control group.Influence of serum HSP70 concentrations increased significantly after the Medicines treatment serum HSP70 concentrations(P <0.01),decreased significantly compared with pre-treatment control group(P <0.01),indicating Huoxuetongluo method can increase the expression of HSP70.Conclusion(s): Huoxue tongluo Chinese medicine can improve cognitive dysfunction in patients with acute ischemic stroke.The joint Huo xue tong luo Chinese medicine therapy better than western medicine in improving the symptoms of neurological deficit.Blood-stasis in Brain collaterals is common pathogenesis of all cognitive dysfunction patients after acute ischemic stroke.Based on collateral disease theory to treatment of acute ischemic stroke with cognitive dysfunction is feasiblea.Huoxue Tongluo can improve the expression of HSP70 enhance brain cellsagainst injury by hypoxia,may be a way to improve the effect of cognitive dysfunction.
