Objective: Determination of serum ?-GGT levels in patients with acute ischemic stroke and analysis of association between serum ?-GGT levels and cognitive levels in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods: According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,301 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease who were admitted to the Department of Neurology of Yantai Yuhuangding Hospital from 2016-09 to 2019-01 were finally collected. After admission, the patient improved blood biochemistry, blood routine, cardiac color Doppler ultrasound, abdominal color Doppler ultrasound, carotid and vertebral artery color Doppler ultrasound, electrocardiogram, brain MRI,MRA,chest CT and other tests, and statistics on smoking, drinking, education, age, gender, past History of stroke, family history of stroke, type of stroke, blood pressure of admission, body temperature, intravenous thrombolysis, etc. The above patients underwent the Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)test(MOCA <22 points can be judged as a problem of cognitive function),statistically describe the above clinical characteristics of patients, and use the Explore test for continuous data. For the normality test, the continuous variables that conform to the normal distribution are described by the mean ± standard deviation, the continuous variables that do not conform to the normal distribution are described by the median and interquartile range, and the categorical variables are represented by the composition ratio.According to the MOCA score,it was divided into cognitive dysfunction group and cognitive function non-discipline group.Continuous variables were expressed as intermediate variables(interquartile range [IQR]),categorical variables were expressed as frequency, and cognitive dysfunction was detected by SPSS 24.0 statistical software. The blood routine and blood biochemistry indexes of the non-discipline group and the cognitive function were compared respectively, and the difference was statistically significant at P<0.05.Univariate logistic regression analysis was performed on all the above variables to obtain statistically significant indicators. For statistically significant indicators,dual-reactivity regression multivariate analysis was performed to find out the possible Influencing factor of cognitive function after acute ischemic stroke. Results: Of the 358 patients with acute ischemic stroke in this study,57 of these patients did not meet the inclusion criteria. The specific conditions were: 35 other related tests and incomplete examinations, and abandoned treatment for cerebral infarction. One person who was discharged automatically, one person who died in the hospital, nine people withencephalopathy caused by complications of medical diseases, and hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBsAg)were tested positively for 6 people, and 5 people who could not complete the cognitive scale assessment. Finally,a total of 301 patients in the study cohort were identified by screening.According to the MoCA score of 22,301 eligible patients were divided into cognitive dysfunction group and cognitive function non-discipline group. All the factors in the above research methods were analyzed and compared. The univariate logistic regression analysis method was used to analyze the indicators and obtain statistically significant indicators. The gender, age, smoking, drinking and diabetes were counted, education level, albumin are statistically significant.Because ?-GGT is the main research index in this paper, univariate logistic regression analysis did not show that ?-GGT has a certain correlation with post-stroke cognitive function.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was added to study this factor. Finally, the multivariate logistic regression analysis of the above-mentioned significant single-factor positive results plus ?-GGT showed that there was a significant correlation between ?-GGT,education level and cognitive function after acute ischemic stroke(P<0.05).Conclusion: Serum ?-GGT levels are associated with cognitive function after acute ischemic stroke, with the increase of serum gamma GGT level, the incidence of cognitive impairment after stroke increased, and the degree of high education is a protect factor in cognitive function after acute ischemic stroke.
