The Clinic Research On The Zhiyanheji Treatment Of Mycoplasmal Pneumonia Of The Heat-toxicity Blocking Lung Type

Objective: To observe the curative effect of the Zhiyanheji treatment on the Mycoplasmal Pneumonia of the Heat-toxicity Blocking Lung type and preliminarily study its mechanism of action.Meathod:60 patients who are within standard are randomly allocated into 2 groups: group Zhiyanheji treatment and group Azithromycin,30 for each group. the patients in group Zhiyanheji treatment gain Zhiyanheji treatment and basic treatment; the patients in the other group gain Azithromycin treatment and basic treatment. The treatment courses for both groups are both 2 weeks. The curative effects and security of these 2 groups on the Mycoplasmal pneumonia of the heat-toxicity blocking lung type could be concluded, according to the statistics and analysis of some aspects such as curative effect, the variety of the points of TCM symptom, MP-Ap, chest X-ray, blood routine test,adverse effects and so on.Results: 1.It is of apparently statistical significance to compare the symptom integral before and after treatment for both groups(P<0.01).It shows statistical significance to compare between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05) 2.MP-Ab antibody titers: the MP-Ab of the patients from both groups trend to increase gradually. 3.The results of WBC test shows the WBC of the patients with pneumonia in normal range. It is of statistical significance to compare the CRP before and after treatment for both groups(P<0.05), but it is of no statistical significance to compare the CRP between two groups after treatment(P>0.05).4.It is of statistical significance to compare the results of chest x-ray before and after treatment for both groups(P<0.05); but it is of no statistical significance to compare the results between two groups after treatment(P>0.05). 5.The total effective rate of group Azithromycin is 85.7%, the total effective rate of group Zhiyanheji treatment is 90%. The treatment effect of group Zhiyanheji treatment is better than that of group Azithromycin. To compare the treatment effects between two groups is of statistical significance(P<0.05). 6.Adverse effects: six patients from group Azithromycin had got reactions with varying degrees, such as decreased appetite, nausea, bloating,diarrhea and so on. There is no obvious adverse effects for group Bronchitics mixture treatment.Conclusion: Zhiyanheji can effectively treat the the patients with Mycoplasmal Pneumonia of the Heat-toxicity Blocking Lung type with little adverse effects and it’s worth further clinical promotion and apply.
