The Clinical Study Of Premature Ventricular Contractions With Depression Sleep Disorder Intervened By Ningxinwenlv Decoction

Objective: According to the clinical research observation of the effect of premature ventricular contractions with depression sleep disorder intervened by Ningxin Wenlv Decoction.Method:1. Group: a random grouping,60 patients ventricular contractions with depression sleep disorder,divided into study group 20 cases,Shensong group 20 cases,control group 20 cases. Study group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with Ningxin Wenlv Decoction,loose ginseng group on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment with Shensongyangxin capsule,control group were given conventional western medicine treatment.2.Indicators and curative effect:treatment cycle for 4 weeks, before and after treatment were monitored with 24 hour dynamic electrocardiogram(premature ventricular contraction frequency, heart rate variability), evaluating TCM syndrome integral, Hamilton Depression quantity assessment scale and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale before and after treatment,and observing changes in the safety of the index before and after treatment.Results: Ventricular premature contraction frequency, TCM syndrome score, Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score, Pittsburgh sleep quality index score levels of patients after treatment are significantly lower(P < 0.01);After treatment, the level of HRV(SDNN, SDANN, RMSSD and p NN50) were compared with those before treatment increased(P < 0.01). The research group curative effect is better than that of Shensong group and control group.Conclusion:1. Ningxin Wenlv decoction can significantly reduce ventricular premature contraction frequency, and have certainly effect on heart rate variability; Ningxin Wenlv decoction can improve the ventricular premature contractions with depression sleep disorder in patients clinical symptoms, depression and sleep quality.2. Ningxin Wenlv decoction treat premature ventricular contractions associated with depression sleep disorder in safety, clinical curative effect, worthy of promotion.
