1:The clinical analysis of 3 cases of BP patients combined with malignant tumorObjective:Bullous pemphigoid is a kind of autoimmune bullous disease with the main performance oferythema and blister.There are diverseclinical complications,such as tumor,other autoimmune diseases,nervous systemdiseases,etc.We expect to explore the clinical common problems through the analysis of the three clinical cases of bullous pemphigoid patients combined with malignant tumor.It concludes the Clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment and pathogenesis.Methods:We Collected 3 cases of clinical datas of bullous pemphigoid patients combined with malignant tumor in the ward.We tracked their diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Then we made some analysis and consulted literature.its pathogenesis was discussed.Results:Bullous pemphigoid patients are diagnosed mainly by histopathologic and immunofluorescence test.They are treated with glucocorticoid preferenially.Positive sereening tumor and anti-tumor treatment directly affect prognosis in a timely manner.The pathogenesis of correlation of two diseases is still controversial,We think that reason may be antibodies cross reaction,a similar antibodies' function and common genetic defects,The order of two diseases is not clear.The lesions' improment of Paraneoplastic pemphigus patients is parallel to the tumor progression.2:The expression and effect of CXCR5 in the fluid of bullous pemphigoidObjective:We studied the concentration of CXCR5 and ICOS in the blister fluid of Bullous pemphigoid patients to explore the significance in the pathogenesis of patients with BP.Methods:We used ELISA to detect the concentration of CXCR5 and ICOS respectively in the blister fluid of test group,including 15 BP patients.As a control group,which included 15 patients who had second degree burn.Using coomassie brilliant blue method for determination of total protein concentration in two groups of blister fluid at the same time.Then we made an analysis comparison of the two groups above.Results:The ICOS concentration had no obvious difference between BP group and control group in the blister fluid.But expression of CXCR5 concentration in patients with BP group was higher than that of control group.There was statistical difference.The total protein concentration of blister fluid in BP and the control groupis several thousand times or even ten thousand times than concentrations of a kind of cytokine.Conclusion:1?BP patients thatcombined with malignant tumor,especially with generalized lesions,are easier to extend course of disease and influence the prognosis.clinical early detection is very important.2?Early screening of tumor in elder BPpatients.We hope to detect the internal potential tumor early and maximum optimize the prognosis of patients.3? The concentration of CXCR5 in BP is higher than the control group.It may be associated with disease pathogenesis,ICOS level has no obvious increase in blister fluid of BP,we need to make further explorewith a larger sample about the correlation with onset of BP.4?Tfh and related cytokines may play an important role in the pathogenesis of BP...
