Objective: To investigate the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in bullous pemphigoid pemphigoid by means of investigation and retrospective analysis, and to discuss the relationship between TCM syndromes and clinical indexes in routine laboratory.method The clinical basic materials, symptoms of traditional Chinese and western medicine and laboratory related laboratory indexes of 57 patients with bullous pemphigoid bed were and analyzed. The collected test data indexes are input into the database, and the data are sorted out,and the SPSS17.0 statistical software package is used for statistical analysis.Among them, the bots of TCM syndromes are summarized, counted and described by frequency description method, and the mean is compared by ANOVA or t test, the test level is a=0.05;the counting material is tested by ?2 and the test level is a=0.05.So that the bullous class The distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes in patients with pemphigus and their relationship with laboratory indexes were analyzed.1.The distribution of syndromes in BP patients was as follows: spleen deficiency syndrome >dampness toxin syndrome > blood stasis syndrome2.the relationship between TCM syndromes and the commonly used clinical laboratory tests:(1)Relationship between TCM syndromes and leukocyte count: the number of leukocytes in patients with damp toxin syndromes is larger than that of blood stasis syndromes.(2)Numerical relationship between TCM syndromes and C reactive proteins: the index of C reactive proteins in patients with that of blood stasis syndrome.(3)Relationship between TCM syndromes and the number of monocytes: the number of monocytes in patients with damp toxin syndromes is larger than that of blood stasis syndromes.(4)Relationship between TCM syndromes and neutrophil count: the number of neutrophilsin patients with damp toxin syndromes is larger than that of blood stasis syndromes.(5)The relation between TCM syndrome and albumin value: The albumin index of spleen deficiency syndrome is smaller than that of other two syndromes.(6)Relationship between TCM syndromes and total protein values: the total protein index of patients with spleen deficiency syndromes is smaller than that of the other two syndromes.(7)Relationship between TCM syndromes and PT: the PT of patients with blood stasis syndromes is more prolonged than that of dampness toxin syndromes and spleen deficiency syndromes.(8)Relationship between TCM syndromes and TT: The TT of patients with blood stasis syndrome was longer than the other two syndromes.(9)Relationship between TCM syndromes and Fib: the Fib of blood stasis syndrome is higher than that of the other two syndromes.(10)Relationship between TCM syndromes and APTT: the APTT of patients with blood stasis syndrome is prolonged compared with the other two syndromes..(11)The numerical relationship G TCM syndromes and immunoglobulin: the index of immunoglobulin G is higher than that of other syndromes.(12)Numerical relationship A TCM syndromes and immunoglobulin: the A index of immunoglobulin in patients with blood stasis syndrome is lower than that of the other two syndromes.(13)Numerical relationship M TCM syndromes and immunoglobulin: the M of immunoglobulin in patients with damp toxin syndromes is higher than that in spleen deficiency syndromes.(14)Traditional Chinese medicine syndromes and red blood cell number,d-dimer value, complement C3 value, complement C4 numerical relationship: there is no obvious difference between the three syndromes.Distribution of TCM syndromes in BP patients has its characteristics, and there is a certain internal relationship between TCM syndromes and some related clinical blood test indexes.BP the distribution of TCM syndromes in patients, there are some internal relations between TCM syndromes and some related clinical blood test indexes.Distribution of TCM syndromes in BP patients has its characteristics, and there are some internal relations betweenTCM syndromes and some related clinical blood test indexes. When the white blood cells, neutrophils,C reactive proteins, monocytes and immunoglobulin G indexes of BP patients are on the high side, the patients can be judged to belong to dampness toxin in traditional Chinese medicine, and the patients can be judged to be in spleen deficiency when the total protein, albumin and immunoglobulin A indexes of the patients are low.According to the condition of syndrome,it can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine of invigorating spleen and invigorating qi on the basis of western medicine. When the PT?TT?APTT?Fib index of patients is on the high side,it can be judged that the patients' body is mostly in the state of blood stasis, and can be treated with traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
