Background and purpose:Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumor, incidence and mortality is still on the rise year by year, which cause serious damage to the human health.Principle of current treatment strategies for comprehensive treatment of colorectal cancer, including chemical treatment is one of the main treatment.Clinical data showed that chemical treatment, especially the generation of new drugs prolong the patient's survival, but the body has also had a serious adverse reactions.More and more about the clinical studies have shown that patients with traditional Chinese medicine can improve immune function, improve the quality of survival, repair cells caused by chemotherapy drug toxicity reaction,is to improve the curative effect of chemotherapy drug adverse reaction, increase practical and effective means.Adjuvant chemotherapy is ?,?postoperative main treatment of colorectal cancer,Auxiliary FOLFOX are commonly used at home and abroad to guide scheme of large intestine cancer adjuvant chemotherapy, clinical studies have shown that FOLFOX program can increase disease-free surial after colorectal cancer, prolong the survival time, the body also had an adverse effect on the patients, however, the peripheral nervous system toxicity is restrictive oxaliplatin into toxic reaction,at the same time FOLFOX program produced by the bone marrow suppression and gastrointestinal reaction seriously affects patients' quality of life.Research shows that traditional Chinese medicine preparation and injection(red ginseng and radix ophiopogonis)improve immune function, and promote bone marrow stem cell proliferation, reduce the toxic effects of chemotherapy, however at present about postoperative patients with colorectal cancer and injection joint of FOLFOX4 rare reports. This study was to investigate ginseng injection combined mFOLFOX4 scheme contrast the side reaction of mFOLFOX4 program, quality of survival,TCM syndrome, body weight,to lay a good foundation for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine combined chemotherapy drugs.Methods:2010.1.1-2015.9.1 in Medical Oncology of The First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University were retrospectively analyzed and oncology treatment of 50 cases ?,?period clinical diagnosis and treatment of the colorectal cancer radical surgery patient data, including 25 mFOLFOX4 scheme of chemotherapy patients as control group, and shenmai injection in combination with mFOLFOX4 treatment of 25 patients in treatment group. After 4 cycles of treatment evaluation: 1.The peripheral nervous system toxicity,2.Bone marrow function,3.the digestive tract reaction,4.The quality of life(KPS score),5.The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome,6.Weight.Using SPSS22.0 software for effective data for statistical analysis and processing,P < 0.05,with statistical significance. Results:Before the treatment, the treatment group and control group of gender, age, primary site of tumor, pathologic type, differentiation, pathological staging(pTNM),tumor markers, hypertension, coronary heart disease of statistical analysis, corresponding to the P value is greater than 0.05,no statistical significance, two groups of data are comparable.4 weeks after the evaluation:1.Treatment group and control group in the incidence of peripheral nerve toxicity were 36%(9/25),68%(17/25),mainly ?,?,?-level rate is respectively 0%?(0/25),8%(2/25);The treatment group in the incidence of peripheral nerve toxicity was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05),there is statistical significance;2.Treatment group and control group of white blood cells to reduce the incidence of respectively 40%(10/25),68%(17/25),mainly ?,degrees,? ?-incidence ?degree 4%(1/25),16%(4/25)respectively;The treatment group and control group to reduce the incidence of hemoglobin were 28%(7/25),56%(14/25),mainly ?,?degrees,?-?incidence degree 4%(1/25),8%(2/25)respectively;Platelets to reduce the incidence of treatment group and control group were 24%(6/25),52%(13/25),mainly ?,degrees, two gro? ups of ?-incidence degree 4%?(1/25),12%(3/25)respectively;Treatment group in white blood cells reduce, hemoglobin, thrombocytopenia was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05),there is statistical significance;3.The treatment group and control group were 40%(10/25),52%(13/25)incidence of nausea, vomiting, mainly ?,?degrees,?-?incidence degree 0%(0/25),4%(1/25)respectively;Between the treatment group and control group, incidence of vomiting vice without statistical significance(P > 0.05);4.The treatment group and control group in incidence of diarrhea were 20%(5/25),48%(12/25),mainly ?,degrees,? ?-incidence degree 0%?(0/25),8%(2/25)respectively;The treatment group in the incidence of diarrhea was significantly lower than that in control group(P < 0.05);5.Treatment group and control group survival quality period were 36%(9/25),12%(3/25),the treatment group in improving quality of life significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.05),there is statistical significance;6.Treatment group and control group of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome efficacy effectiveness 76%(19/25),48%(12/25)respectively,the treatment group in improving the TCM syndrome significantly better than that in control group(P < 0.05),there is statistical significance;7.Treatment group and control group in weight period were 12%(3/25),8%(2/25),the treatment group compared with control group,in improving patient weight has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusions:Compared with mFOLFOX4 chemotherapy,ShenMai injection in combination with mFOLFOX4 chemotherapy auxiliary ?,?period in patients with colorectal cancer radical surgery, has significantly reduce the incidence of peripheral nerve toxicity, bone marrow suppression and diarrhea, improve the quality of life and the effect of TCM syndrome.
