Abstract/Summary:
Objectification of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important part in objectification of TCM. Recently, researchers has made a great achievement in the research of single probe pulse signal collection instrument. However, single probe collecting will lose some information and does not conform to the diagnostic method of TCM. Cun-Guan-Chi pulse signal collection instrument can solve this problem.By collating and summarizing existing problems of pulse acquisition, a Cun-Guan-Chi pulse acquisition system was designed. A new combination of pulse sensors was designed to solve the problem of space limitation. A single chip microcomputer called ADuC 845 was used in the control system. A high performance A/D conversion called ads1256 was used in the adc system. The software was developed with C# based on.NET and the database tool is SQL Server.A new vascular model was established for the research of the best pulse pressure. A final scheme was determined by continuous experiment with a large number of TCM theory. This scheme used 50 cases of healthy students as samples. This paper also designed a new method to find the best pulse pressure and some new mothods to extract the feature parameters.SPSS was used for data analysis. According to the analysis data, the interaction effect between cun-guan-chi was preliminary quantified. As this relationship is quantified, pressure control in cun-guan-chi pulse collection will be more scientific and the it is also a promotion in the objectification of pulse diagnosis of traditional Chinese medicine. Some known models and theories are verified by this system.
