Objective Control the quality of Jiawei Xianglian Wancomprehensively,improve the standards for the quality of medicines,this paper is todetermine whether in Jiawei Xianglian Wanflavored with Fructus aurantii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis;established the method of high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?to determinethe content of Paeoniflorinnaringin,orange hesperidin and baicalinin Jiawei Xianglian Wan synchronously.It also set up the method of finger-print analysis for Jiawei Xianglian Wan.MethodsThe method to distinguishwhether the four kinds of traditional Chinese medicine materialsare in Jiawei Xianglian Wan is TLC.In the first place is to choose the most suitable extraction method to extract the Jiawei Xianglian Wan.Selecting the optimal condition for the qualitative identification of the four componentsby choice and adjustment of developing agent for composition and proportion;by selecting the best mobile phase,the optimum proportion of mobile phase and column to determinethe content of Paeoniflorinnaringin,Orange hesperidin and Baicalinin Jiawei Xianglian Wan with the method of HPLC;establish the fingerprint of Jiawei Xianglian Wan,use the similarity calculation software of 10 batches of Jiawei Xianglian Wan to calculate their similar degree.ResultsThe qualitative identification of Fructus aurantii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellariae and Rhizoma Coptidis in Jiawei Xianglian Wan with the methods of TLC showedthat the test product,control medicinal herbs and control artical have clear spots,while the negative control without interference.The method of High performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?for the determination of drug paeoniflorin,naringin,hesperidin and Baicalin in0.32⁷.68?g·mL^-1,2.08⁴9.92?g·mL^-1,0.68¹6.32 ?g·mL^-1,1.32³1.68?g·mL^-1 showed good linearityrange.The percent recovery of the four components were 98.2%?RSD 0.88%?,97.7%?1.3%?,98.7%?0.94%?and97.9%?0.90%?.Established the 10 batches of Jiawei Xianglian Wan finger-print and demarcated 10 common peaks,calculated the 10 batches of drug similarity was above 0.9 with “Traditional Chinses medicine finger-print similarity evaluation software”.ConclusionsThe method of TLC for determinating Fructus aurantii,Radix Paeoniae Alba,baicalin and Rhizoma Coptidis four herbs in Jiawei Xianglian Wanhave the strong specificity,this method is simple,quick and suitable for the qualitative identification of Jiawei Xianglian Wan;the method of HPLCto determinethe content of paeoniflorin,naringin,hesperidin and baicalin in Jiawei Xianglian Wan has good accuracy andstrong precision,high efficiency.It cancontroldrugqualitymore comprehensive;Jiawei Xianglian Wan fingerprint common pattern can enhance the control of stability in the production of drugs,drug production stability of reference.
