The Clinical Observation Of Infertility Caused By CP/CPPS Treated With Herbal Medicine Enema And Hong Huang Xian Zi Yin

Objective: To explore Herbal Medicine Enema and Hong Huang Xian Zi Yin can improve CP/CPPS patients of prostatic fluid(EPS)index and improve patient quality of life,and improve the patient's quality of semen.Methods: To collect into standard patient 115 cases,combined with patient adherence after estimate for 58 cases in treatment group,control group of 57 cases.The treatment group was treated by Herbal Medicine Enema for30 days,then to take Hong Huang Xian Zi Yin for 90 days.The Control group was treated by Prostate Soothing Capsul for 30 days,and to take Hong Huang Xian Zi Yin for 90 days.Finally observed in patients with prostatic fluid index,patients with NIH-CPSI score and quality of semen.Results:(1)The treatment group and control group of succus prostaticus leukocyte number,the number of pus cell compared with those before treatment decreased,and there has been an increase in the number of lecithin.But the treatment group improved better than the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After treatment,the NIH-CPSI scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than before,and the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).(3)After taking drink Huang Xian Zi Yin,the sperm parameters of the two groups of patients is obviously improved,and the treatment group increased more than control group(P <0.05).(4)The total efficiency of the treatment group was 75.86%,and control group wad 49.12%,so the treatment group is better than the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion(s): Herbal Medicine Enema and Hong Huang Xian Zi Yin help to treat patients with CP/CPPS and Infertility.Among them,Herbal Medicine Enema can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with CP/CPPS,so that patients with EPS parameters can restore to normal or close to normal,and to a certain extent.Hong Huang Xian Zi Yin can further improve sperm density,viability,motility rate and liquefaction time of the CP/CPPS patients and improve the fertility of the patients.
