The Clinical Study Of The Effect Of QingRe QuShi HuaYu TongLuo Therapy On The Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of the therapy methods of Qing Re Qu Shi Hua Yu Tong Luo in combination with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug treatment of western medicine on acute gouty arthritis,and to provid the scientific basis for the therapy methods of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine on acute gouty arthritis.Methods: 70 cases of outpatients and in-patients with acute gouty arthritis patients matched with the inclusion criteria,all patients were from the Department of Rheumatology of the first Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine between April 1st 2015 to February 1st 2016.All patients were allocated randomly into the treatment group(35 cases)and control group(35 cases).The differences of the two groups' gender,age,duration,location,degree of pain,and other general comparison have no statistical significance(P>0.05),and the materials have good comparability.The control group was treated by basic treatment and Meloxican capsules,the treatment group was added Chinese herbal drugs with the effect of Qing Re Qu Shi Hua Yu Tong Luo which based on the treatment in control group.Two groups were treated for 7 days.The changes of joint swelling index,VAS score,TCM syndrome score,serum uric acid(SUA),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),blood routine(WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT),liver function(ALT,AST),kidney(Cr,BUN)of each group were observed before and after the treatment.Results:(1)The comparison of the clinical effects between two groups: The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 91.43% and 71.43% respectively,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)The comparison of the level of joint swelling index,VAS score,TCM syndrome score between two groups: the level of joint swelling index,VAS score,TCM syndrome score of both groups had significant improvement than before(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(3)The comparison of the rate of SUA,ESR,CRP between two groups: The rate of SUA,ESR and CRP of both groups had significant improvement than before(P < 0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).(4)The comparison of the level of blood routine(WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT),liver function(ALT,AST),kidney(Cr,BUN)between two groups: There was no difference between two groups in the level of blood routine(WBC,RBC,HGB,PLT),liver function(ALT,AST),kidney(Cr,BUN)before and after treatment(P>0.05).(5)The comparison of the occurrence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups:The control group had 5 cases(14.29%)with mild gastrointestinal reaction after treatment,while the treatment group had not happened the adverse effect.There was no statistical difference in the occurrence rate of adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Chinese herbs which based on the therapy methods of the effect of Qing Re Qu Shi Hua Yu Tong Luo in combination with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs treatment of western medicine on acute gouty arthritis could effectively improve symptoms,reduce the pain,and could effectively reduce the rate of SUA,ESR,CRP.It had a definite effect,good safety,and was worthy of wide clinical application.
