The Clinical Efficacy Of The Shenqiliuwei's Treatment About Stable Angina Of Splenic Asthenia And Phlegm-damp Type

Objective: Observation of the curative effect of the Shenqiliuwei in the treatment of stable angina of splenic asthenia and phlegm-damp type by TCM symptoms,electrocardiogram,C-reactive protein changes and the exploration its clinical efficacy.Methods: Choose met the inclusion criteria for the 60 patients with stable angina from in-patient department and clinic of the affiliated hospital of Changchun university of Chinese medicine from February 2015 to December 2015,The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine differentiation for splenic asthenia and phlegm-damp type,were randomly divided into treatment group as well as control groups.Ratio of 1: 1,30 cases in each group.Treatment group were given basic western medicine and Shenqiliuwei,which includes basic western medicine Aspirin 100 mg / day,Metoprolol Tartrate Tablets 100 mg / day,Atorvastatin calcium tablets20mg/day(can be adjusted according to the clinical practice of medication);control group was given basic western medicine.Clinical observation of a total of 4 weeks.Clinical symptoms of two groups of patients before and after treatment,symptom score recording TCM,nitroglycerin,electrocardiogram,C-reactive protein,and analyzed before and after data.Results: 1.the Shenqiliuwei can reduce stable angina of splenic asthenia and phlegm-damp type TCM symptom score,angina symptoms are significantly improved;2.By comparison,the Shenqiliuwei and basic medicine combination in patients with angina symptoms can obviously decrease the amount of nitroglycerin and improve myocardial ischemi;3.through the observation of clinical trials,patients taking the Shenqiliuwei haven't found adverse reactions.Conclusion(s):Taking the Shenqiliuwei can improve clinical symptoms,decrease the amount of nitroglycerin and improve myocardial ischemi,clinical efficacy and safety,precise,worthy of promotion.
