The Treatment Of The Beisu Acupuncture (Spleen Qi Deficiency) Study On The Clinical Effect Of Functional Diarrhea

Objective:According to the four weeks Beisu acupuncture treatment of the diarrhea patient whose spleen qi are deficient,taking the observation of the clinical therapeutic index of the Beisu acupuncture treatment and exploring the treatment mechanism,in order to lay the foundation for its clinical application.Methods:54 functional diarrhea patients,with the falling off in 4cases.1.By random assignment,divided them into 2 groups after all examinations are clean.And both Beisu acupuncture treatment(treatment group)and the western medicine treatment group(contrast group)have 25 patients.2.The treatment group with the Beisu acupuncture treatment,at the same time the contrast group use the Lactobacillus Complex Capsules,0.33g×12capsules/package,Jiangsu MEITONG pharmacy Co.Ltd.2 capsules 3 times daily.Both groups 4 weeks.3.To observe the curative effect of the Beisu acupuncture treatment by collecting the diary cards of functional diarrhea,assessing at baseline and at 2-week/4-week/8-week follow-up.Counted the number of the defecation in a week,the integral of the stool properties and how long can normal defecation last etc.To explore the treatment mechanism of Beisu acupuncture treatment on Spleen Qi deficiency type of functional diarrhea.Consequence:1.Both groups have the good baseline.Grouping is balanced(P>0.05).There is much comparability between the two groups.2.The times of the defecation,the integral of the stool properties and how long can normal defecation last in the 2nd week/4th week and the 8th week shows that there are significant differences in these two groups.;3.Compared with these two groups,in the first two weeks there is no significant difference in the evaluation point at the times of the defecation and the integral of the stool properties(p<0.05),which means the two groups have the similar therapeutic.In the coming fourth and the eighth week,there are obvious significant differences in the evaluation point at the times of the defecation and the integral of the stool properties(p<0.05),which can be considered that the group of Beisu acupuncture treatment is better than the contrast group.4.The difference between the treatment group and the contrast group before and after treatment,P<0.05.It meats the curative effect of the treatment group is better than the contrast group.Conclusion(s):1.The treatment group is better than the contrast group in improving the Spleen Qi deficiency type of functional diarrhea in the following parts:the times of the defecation and the integral of the stool properties and how long can normal defecation last.2.The treatment group is better than the contrast group in the clinical curative effect.3.The mechanism of the Beisu acupuncture treatment on Spleen Qi deficiency type of functional diarrhea,the Beisu acupuncture treatment regulate spleen and stomach qi,in order to invigorating spleen and warming Yang,activating qi and clearing damp,antidiarrheal.
