Objective: This paper studied chemical constituents of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz leaves that is the plant's leaves of Glycosmis parv iflora?Sims?Kurz in Rutaceae,which lays a foundation for the screening of the active ingredients.Quality standard of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz provides experimental evidence for using and developmenting of resource.Methods: The modern chromatographic separation and purification technologies of TLC,silicagel column chromatography,macroporous resin and Sephadex LH-20 were used in researching chemical compositions of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz leaves.And including 1H-NMR,13C-NMR and DEPT?90°,135°?spectral analysis techniques were used to identify the pure and isolated compositions.Quality standard of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz was observed and described by original plant identification and charact-er identification,using microscopic identification of paraffin characteristics and powder characteristics.There are measures to check the project,including moisture,ash,extract of leaves of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz.Using high performance liquid chromatography?HPLC?detected vitexin content of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz.leaves.Determining constituents of volatile oil by GC-MSResults: There are 9 compounds that were separated from petroleum ether and ethyl acetate of the leaves of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz..They were identify as friedelin?1?,arborinol?2?,isoarborinol?3?,palmitic acid?4?sitosterol?5?,succinic acid?6?,daucosterol?7?,stigmasterol?8?,vitexin?9?.?1?3compounds are four terpenoids.?4?and?6?are two fatty acid compositions.?5?,?7?and?8?are three steroids.?9?is a flavonoid glycoside.Nine component-s are found from the leaves of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz for the first time,and?4?8are reported from Glycosmis genus for the first time.Paraffin characteristics of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz Leaves and powder microscopic identification were found mainly calcium oxalate crystals,fibers and oil chamber and other features.From the TLC can be seen the result of major components that show the corresponding color fluorescent spots at the same Rf by comparing 10 batches herbs.The results of checking items:The moisture test is in the range of 7.84%-15.97%,total ash test is in the range of8.05%-10.82%,average acid insoluble ash test is in the range of 0.24%-1.01%,and heat test of the water-soluble extract 17.64%-25.82%.The moisture test of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz was preliminarily determined to not exceed17%.The total ash test cannot pass 12%,acid insoluble ash test cannot outnumber 2%.The water-soluble extract test is not less than 17%.HPLC conditions:Inertsil ODS-3?5?m,4.6×250mm?chromatographic column,UV detector,340 nm detected wavelength,mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution?16:84?,flow rate 1.0 ml· min-1,column temperature of 25°,injection volume of 20?l,when control range of vitexin in the 0.06041.208?g,a good linear relationship between peak area and sample volume??g?.Regression equation is Y=2123.16145X+4.0262715,r=0.99998.The methods of HPLC have satisfactory precision,stability and repeatability.The recovery rate and RSD value were respectively 98.6%,2.26%.To determine the content of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz leaves not less than0.05mg·g-1.The content rate of volatile oil were 0.18%,0.20%,0.23%,0.30%,0.10% and 0.20%,which extracted from SJY-3SJY-8 batches Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz leaves.From SJY-3,SJY-4,SJY-5,SJY-6,SJY-7and SJY-8 batches of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz leaves were isolated and identified amount ofchemical constituents of 30,24,19,18,17and22,were respectively in the total content of 94.12%,94.09%,90.95%,84.60%,85.01%,93.20%.The highest content of 6 batches of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz leaves was ?-caryophyllene.Conclusion?s?: There is a foundation for further exploring the active ingredient by researching chemical constituents of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz leaves.And its quality standards were tentatively comfired that provid-e an experimental basis for better use of Glycosmis parviflora?Sims?Kurz resources.
