The Study Of Quality Standard Of Radix Serratulae Chinensis

The radix of Serratula Chinensis was used in traditional Chinese medicine for clearing and detoxifying. The main chemical components of this plant are Ecdysteroids and sphingolipids.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Ecdysteroids in Radix Serratulae Chinensis has ischemia and anoxic cerebral activity.The quality control of Radix Serratulae Chinensis was mainly to microscopic and TLC identification.This article is due to establish a comprehensive quality standard of Radix Serratulae Chinensis,it improved the TLC identification method, established the method for determination of20-hydroxyecdysone in Radix Serratulae Chinensis.In addition, it carried out the phytochemical experiment on Radix Serratulae Chinensis.Three compounds were isolated from the butyl alcohol soluble fraction which is from95%ethanol extract of Radix Serratulae Chinensis.The structures of3compounds were identified by their spectral data and physicochemical properties.Their structures were established as20-hydroxyecdysone, podecdysone C,24-epiabutasterone.This article established a method for the determination of eighteen elements in Radix Serratulae Chinensis by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrography, and also established a method for determination of pesticide residue to ensure its safety use.The article firstly established the fingerprint of Radix Serratulae Chinensis and13common peaks were found and calibrated the fingerprint similarity. It developed a method for rapid analysis of Radix Serratulae Chinensis by near-infrared spectroscopy, Ecdysteroids in Radix Serratulae Chinensis are analyzed by using the rapid resolution liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization-quadrupole-time of flight mass spectrometer, the structures of10compounds were identified though level1mass spectrometry and seceond-order mass spectrum,the mass spectrometry cracking rule for Ecdysteroids was also summarized. Finally,a full quality control standard for Radix Serratulae Chinensis was established base on the above researches.
