Objective:The purpose of this study wastoinvestigate the release of silver ions concentration In resinmodifiedglassionomer(RMGI)binder,which adding different content(the mass ratio of 0%,0%,2%,10%)anometer silver antibacterial agent(NAg),and to observe the composite binderanti-demineralization ability in vitro.Methods:1 Measuring the release of silver ions concentration with different quality in the composite binder: different content(the mass ratio of 0%,0%,2%,10%)NAg/RMGI ware fully mixed grinding,in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended method.made NAg/RMGI test samples,the shape of 4mm in diameter,2mm thick disk,light curing light 20 s make its curing.Each group of 18,a total of 72 samples.Add 10 ml of deionized water immersion,respectively in 1 day,3 days,7 days,14 days,35 days,42 days,using atomic absorption points spectrophotometry measuring each composite binder release silver ions in deionized water.The experimental results are statistical processing and analysis.2 Microscopic observation of different mass ratio of composite binder overhand mining capacity: 75 people extracted Premolar were randomly divided into five groups,15 in each group,with different NAg/RMGI quality mixed adhesive metal braces(hangzhou xinya).Five groups are: 1 groups: control group,with Beijing and tianjin enamel adhesive bonding braces;2 groups: resin reinforced glass bonding braces;3 groups: adding 2% nanometer silver resin reinforced glass bonding braces;4 groups: adding 5% nanometer silver resin reinforced glass bonding braces;5 groups: adding 10% nanometer silver resin reinforced glass bonding braces.The beijing-tianjin enamel adhesive groups: Premolar with no oil,no water air gun to blow dry,35% phosphoric acid corrosion in 60 seconds,rinse with plenty of clean flowing water dry tooth surface,then appear chalky.Paint sealants with Beijing and tianjin enamel adhesive bonding braces,after positioning to get rid of the excess adhesive around the braces.Resin reinforced glass cement groups: Premolar with no oil,no water air gun to blow dry,35% phosphoric acid corrosion in 60 seconds,water cleaning,dry with wetting of small cotton ball.According to product manuals recommend powder fluid ratio mixed resin reinforced glass adhesive bonding braces,after positioning to get rid of the excess adhesive around the braces.Nano silver resin reinforced glass ionic groups: according to the proportion of 2%,5%,10% respectively blended NAg and RMGI binder,grinding,according to the product manual glue tank,after positioning to get rid of the excess adhesive around the braces.All extracted teeth by tags to group,30 minutes after bonding,use nail polish and around braces 1MM enamel surface to make a window,after nail polish is completely dry,began in vitro PH circulation,immerse extracted teeth in the artificial demineralization of liquid(PH 4.5)and take out after 1.5 hours,deionized water is rinsed clean,then each tooth immersed in the airtight plastic container containing 30 ml artificial saliva(PH7.0)in 37 ?constant temperature preservation.Cycle twice a day,a total cycle for 30 days.After the removal of braces and adhesive on the surface of the teeth,observed under scanning electron microscopy(sem)of the orthodontic bracket bonding base plate and the surrounding area of enamel surface morphology.Results:1 no silver was detected from the Resin reinforced glass throughout the silver release study.At 1 days there were no significant differences(P>0.05)in silver ion release among the 2% NAg,5% NAg and 10%NAg.At 3 and 7 days silver ion release of rapid growth,especially at 7 days,and with the increase of content of NAg,the release of silver ions concentration also increases accordingly.compared with 2% NAg,10% NAg release huge amounts of silver ions.The slow release rate over time from 14 days after antibacterial adhesive silver ion release a quantity to flat,and the means of each material silver release is similar to the quantities of the early release and the low level for a long time to release.2 SEM surface view: control group in the Beijing and tianjin enamel adhesive group of enamel glaze surface visible interstitial dissolved porous organizational change,the honeycomb concave;Between resin reinforced glass ion group and 2% NAg the enamel surface is smooth,visible superficial pits,with a little sediment,there was no significant difference between the two groups.5% NAg,10% NAg group of enamel surface smooth level off scales appearance,visible deposit appearance,there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions:1 silver ions can be released from composite resin reinforced glass of silver nanoparticles into the surrounding environment.the release quantity is closely relative to the amount of antibacterial agent,release rate slowing down over time.2 Add a certain amount of nano silver antibacterial agent to resin reinforced glass,in the artificial demineralization of environment enhanced inhibition of enamel demineralization.
