| Objective:to menopausal women were type of constitution and anxiety and depression status of investigation,and according to the constitution team climacteric syndrome of moxibustion nursed back to health,to investigate the distribution of climacteric syndrome of TCM Constitution Types and clip Physique Situation,to investigate the relationship between TCM Constitution and anxiety,depression,mental status,menopausal syndrome,research of Moxibustion in the treatment of menopausal syndrome physical conditioning treatment effect,for preventing and treating climacteric syndrome to provide an objective basis.Methods:with the modified Kupperman score table as inclusion criteria and application of Professor Wang Qi's body quality table as a criterion,of 763 cases of menopause women were type of constitution and anxiety and depression,and the moxibustion and drug treatment of 80 cases were randomly divided into 3 groups were observed before and after treatment Kupperman rating scale and Hamilton anxiety rating table(HAMA),menopausal survival quality volume table(MENOQL)changes in the and plasma estradiol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),progesterone(P),and promote the change of content of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH).Results:1,580 cases of menopausal syndrome women in the biased constitution accounted for 87.40%,a sense of biased constitution for Yang deficiency(35.30%),yin deficiency(16.40%),Qi Stagnation(11.90%),Qi deficiency(9.70%).In 183 cases of non menopausal women,the level and quality(71.60%)were the common constitution types.2,Menopausal syndrome women and clip biased physique than women with climacteric syndrome generally,and clip type to 2-6 and clip type accounted for 85.40%;398 cases of menopause group and clip main body,and flat and quality for the protection of the constitution;5,menopausal syndrome women depression than normal menopausal women with severe menopausal group 298 cases of depressive patients with Yang deficiency(41.30%),yin deficiency(18.10%)and gas Stagnation(15.80%)proportion of the main;no menopausal group 20 cases of depression patients with flat and quality(45.00%)and yang deficiency(25.00%)accounted for the main,logistic regression analysis showed that 9 kinds of physical gas stagnation is affecting the incidence of Menopause Depression mainly constitution.6,the survey group two groups of women in menopause modified Kupperman,HAMA and SDS and symptom self rating scale(SCL-90)scores are statistically significant,that menopausal syndrome in women's physical and mental discomfort symptoms than normal menopausal women seriously.7,after treatment,moxibustion group and a medication group,the modified Kupperman volume table index were decreased as compared with those before treatment,which moxibustion group Kupperman score,insomnia,irritability,bone,joint and muscle pain group was significantly better than the drug group,the difference is significant(P < 0.01);8,after treatment,the moxibustion group and drug group before and after the physical transformation of points were compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(p>0.05);9,after treatment,the moxibustion group and drug group HAMA Scale total score,mental anxiety factor,physical anxiety factor were compared before treatment,moxibustion was significantly better than the drug group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).10,after treatment,the MENQOL index of the moxibustion group and the drug group were decreased,and the MENQOL total score,the social dimension and the physiological state of the moxibustion group were significantly better than the drug group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).11,After treatment,the moxibustion group serum estradiol(E2)levels were significantly elevated,the follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)decreased,compared with the drug group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1,Yang deficiency,yin deficiency,Qi deficiency,qi stagnation four biased constitution for the menopause comprehensive characteristics mainly susceptible;and no menopausal syndrome women Zhongping and quality for the most common constitution,suggesting that flat and quality protection constitution of climacteric syndrome.2,and clip biased constitution exists generally in menopausal syndrome women,including Yang deficiency and clip,yin deficiency and clip,qi stagnation and clip,blood stasis and clip,Qi deficiency and clip and damp heat constitution and clip based,and clamp type in the Yang deficiency and clip Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency clamping stagnation of Qi and yang deficiency clip blood stasis and deficiency of Yang with Yin deficiency mainly.3,according to the comprehensive evaluation of the 8 kinds of biased constitution of the radar chart: the female and the biased constitution of the menopausal syndrome is mainly Yang Xuzhi,Qi deficiency,qi stagnation and qi stagnation.In the normal menopausal women,with the deficiency of Yang quality,Qi deficiency constitution is affecting the incidence of menopausal syndrome anxiety mainly constitution,flat and quality for the protection of the constitution;menopausal syndrome women depression constitution is mainly distributed in the Yang deficiency constitution,Yin deficiency and qi stagnation,qi stagnation is affecting the incidence of Menopause Depression is mainly related to the physical.5,moxibustion and oryzanol were different degrees of improve the menopause comprehensive syndrome mainly women's physical and mental symptoms,reduce the Kupperman scale scores,HAMA were adopted to integral and menqol scale scores.But moxibustion therapy for climacteric comprehensive syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms,body,mind,and spirit status have more obvious moderating effect;moxibustion therapy and oryzanol can reduce menopausal syndrome women's physique is converted in the menopausal syndrome were nursed back to health,and also can reduce the patient to biased constitution of bias,can effectively reduce the original biased constitution transformed score and alleviate the symptoms of the constitution.6,moxibustion and oryzanol can improve menopausal syndrome women serum E2 levels,decrease the serum FSH,so as to improve the clinical symptoms of climacteric syndrome and in moxibustion therapy oryzanol has more significant aftercare effect. |
