Objective: With adriamyc in caused by heart failure rat model as the research object, on the basis of exhaustive exercise in rats with heart failure, simulation the movement of static and dynamic combination in the Chinese medicine rehabilitation therapy.To observe the effect of dynamic and static exercise with angiotensin II and aldosterone levels in heart failure rats,to explore the mechanism of myocardial remodeling in heart failure rats, to provide the objective theoretical basis and data support for the treatment of heart failure with the combination of static and dynamic action with Chinese characteristics.Methods: Take 200-250 g clean level 90 Sprague-Dawley rats(male and female half), according to the random number table method selected 15 rats as blank group, the rest of the rats with injection adriamyc building.Echocardiography in the 6 weekend, through the determination of left ventricular ejection fraction(EF) value to determine the degree of heart failure, to evaluate whether building success.Conform to the standard,the rats were randomly divided into three groups:model group, control group and experimental group.Each group 14 rats.Made after the success of the model, model group is not for cardiac rehabilitation exercise training,control group exhaustion exercise and experimental group for static and dynamic combined movement.After six weeks after rehabilitation exercise training determine cardiac index angiotensin(Ang Ⅱ Ⅱ) and aldosterone(ALD) level.Research results:(1) compared with model group, control group angiotensin Ⅱ(AngⅡ) and aldosterone(ALD) level have significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), indicate two sports have obvious effect;(2) compared with control group, experimental group angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ) and aldosterone(ALD) level have significantly reduced, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05), indicate activity union movement exhaustion exercise effect is better, but angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ) level is still not back to the blank group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)The combination of static and dynamic exercises can improves cardiac function in heart failure rats,and it is better than exhaustive exercise.(2)The combination of static and dynamic exercises can reduce the levels of angiotensin II(Ang II) and aldosterone(ALD) in the serum of heart failure rats, and it is better than exhaustive exercise.(3) Dynamic and static combined with rehabilitation exercise can slow the process of heart failure to some extent.(4) The movement of static and dynamic combination provides theoretical basis for the rehabilitation of traditional Chinese medicine in animal experimental research, provide more objective and effective research evidence for the clinical treatment of heart failure patients with traditional Chinese medicine combined with rehabilitation therapy to provide more objective evidence.
