Object: By observing the expression of Ziyinbushenhuoxue prescription to Akt and e NOS m RNA in the retinal cell proliferation in the rat model of diabetic retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy in the VEGF- PI3K-i Akt/PKB signal Level of the Diabetic Retinopathy Rat.Method: 44 healthy DR rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, 11 rabbits each group. Group A: Positive group, group B: Ziyinbushenhuoxue prescription group, group C: model group, Group D: blank group.C and D group with normal saline(10 ml/kg, once per day) to fill the stomach;Group B use shuang dan ming mu capsule solution to fill the stomach, the dose of 12.5 ml/Kg; Group A with hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium solution(chang hao) lavage + human recombinant endostatin(en du) in vitreous injection, chang hao: once a day, degree of grace: 5 g/L, 10 days after the building began to vitreous injection, 1 time per 10 days. The time of treatment is 2 month. Using the method of RT-PCR to detect Akt and e NOS m RNA expression. For statistical analysis. Results: In group C,the expression of Akt and e NOS m RNA is higher than the result of group D(P < 0.05);After the treatment, group A and group B's results are both lower than the group C(P < 0.05);It is also lower than the group D(P < 0.05); By the other way, group B has more moderated ability than group A(P< 0.05).Conclusions:By the analysis of Akt and e NOS m RNA in the DR rats ' retina, the Ziyinbushenhuoxue prescription could reduce the formation of Akt and e NOS m RNA signaling pathways in the rat ‘s diabetic retinopathy, thereby inhibiting the formation of retinal neovascularization.
