Objective:Through the SD model rats on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type experiment research, clarify vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis influence on memory function of the possible mechanisms.Method Using the random grouping method, 54 male SD rats were divided into three groups(normal group, control group, model group), 18 rats in each group. The model group was made by using the dynamic balance disorder method combined with the injection mold, control group was only incised the skin. After three months. Through the X line image analysis of rat cervical degeneration, and to verify the success of modeling; Morris water maze test was carried out in 7 days before the training, respectively, measured the average escape latency of platform quadrant and eight days retention time evaluation change of rat spatial learning and spatial memory ability;through the histological changes of neurons the situation, the brain tissue of rats were compared;through immune group of Ch AT protein dyeing, observation brain hippocampus choline acetyl transfer enzyme protein expression, Determination of NO and ET in brain tissue of brain tissue were measured by ELISA by using the method of nitrate reductase method.Result X-ray image analysis: the normal group and the control group have no abnormal physiological curvature of cervical spine, vertebra clearance, no cervical osteophytes.Rats model of the bending disappear, osteophyma formation, hyperplasia and sclerosis are seen in facet joint and uncovertebral joint, and intervertebral space narrowing; X ray mage score results and the rats in the model group was significantly higher than the normal group and the scores of control group(p<0.01); Morris water maze test data statistical results showed that the rats after 7 days of training, have established the spatial memory ability(F=20.291, P=0.016), each group rats escape latency compared to model group compared with the normal group and control group(P<0.05). The rats escape latency with the number of training days increased gradually shortened trend, this is like in the normal group and control group was more obvious. But each quadrant retention time, compared with the model group Compared with normal group and control group was significantly shorter(P < 0.01), respectively by nitrate reductase method and ELISA method for the determination of brain tissue NO and et content. The comparison results show that: compared with the normal group and control group, model group, no and ET levels were significantly increased(P < 0.05); model group rats hippocampus were stained by HE staining showed that hippocampal CA1 cell size, number of layers and the number were reduced, the arrangement became disordered, some cell death, nuclear pyknosis, nuclear rupture processes structure is not clear, or even disappear; Immune Histochemistry chat protein staining, by comparing the group, the average optical density value of the size of the display: compared with nomal group and control group, model group rats Ch AT part protein expression decreased significantly(p < 0.05).Conclusion Cervical vertebral artery disease can lead to the presence of memory dysfunction model rats ? May be due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency resulting in damage to the hippocampus.
