In this paper, we consider two systems based on diabetes using the reliability theory and the orientation control theory.First, we discuss the diabetes predicting system. In this system, all patients are with type II diabetes, there is no input or output, and we can classify the diabetic population into 4 classes according to the classification of diabetes complications. Under the above assumptions, we derive the partial differential equation described the system. Furthermore, the well-posedness and the exponentially stability of the dynamic solution converging to the steady-state solution is proved by using the linear operator semigroup theory and the linear operator spectrum theory and some indices of the system are got to study the health indice of diabetes patients. Eventually, some numerical simulations for the cost related with the recovery function of the system are illustrated to conclude that, if diabetics want to live a higher standard and cost less, they need to follow doctor's advice, learn more knowledge about diabetes, pay attention to their diet and so on which can control glycemic strictly. Then we study the glycemic control system of type I diabetics. In this system, we apply the heat equation into the glycemic control system based on the physiological character of type I diabetics, and research the relationship between the control input and control objective from the point of view of orientation control. Eventually, a computer program written using Matlab gives some numerical simulations. From the results of numerical simulations,we get the accurate control input corresponding to the control objective guaranteeing the health of diabetics lest the appearance of hypoglycemia.
