Goal:To explore the 40-69 year-old elderly fitness sports injury risk factors, pursuant to develop a health risk screening from damage evaluation methods, and validate, in order to provide a personalized evaluation for the prevention of sports injury risk for the public constitution health provide a guarantee for the public to provide the scientific basis for health. Subjects and Methods:The subjects were 40-69 years old in the elderly. Through literature, interviews and empirical research on the impact of trauma in the elderly health risk factors were screened through interviews and laboratory test method designed from fitness injury risk screening evaluation methods, the reliability of the indicators, validity, the objectivity of the analysis and test results, self evaluation method standardized tests developed to follow the principle of evaluation methods, to develop appropriate standards.Results:(1)the risk of injury in the past year the rate was 40.4% fitness, by k-s test showed that the risk of the occurrence of damage events are not significant differences (p>0.05) on gender and age.(2) Fitness risk of injury incidents concentrated in the early morning and morning; acute trauma with damage to nature; people in the fitness exercise in damage in the majority; the occurrence site fitness injury to the lower extremities majority, followed by the torso. Damage and human injury did not occur there was a significant difference (p=0.000) on the active participation of the project.(3) within the last year to participate in fitness occur.(4) Pareto analysis, mainly due to health risk factors for damage to its own internal factors and risk factors based movement.(5)After the theoretical research and empirical research, developed a risk of injury from exercise evaluation indicators: Bandages squats, shoulder flexibility, lateral bracing, leg squat test.(6) According to the research needs and characteristics of the data in this paper, using percentile method developed individual evaluation criteria from fitness injury risk, the standard uses five levels of assessment and evaluation is divided into two types by five percentage interval of five levels evaluated as excellent, good, moderate, poor, poor five levels.Conclusions:(1) Through theoretical and empirical research, developed a fitness sports injury risk self assessment test index:bandage squats, help the wall under the single leg squat, shoulder flexibility (right and left), one elbow, single leg support (left and right), test index with feasibility and scientificity of evaluation requirements.(2) The establishment of the risk assessment method of fitness sports injury in 40-69 years old, can provide the basis for making scientific and reasonable fitness program for middle and old aged people.
