The Clinical Research For The Treatment Of Cardiac Neurosis Joint Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation Of TCM And Five Lines Of Music Therapy

Objective:To research the effect and safety of the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM and five lines of music in treating cardiac neurosis.Exploring new treatment ideas and treatment plan for the clinical treatment of cardiac neurosis.Methods:60 cases of objects are all outpatient or inpatient of affiliated hospital of chengdu university of TCM cardiovascular internal medicine,randomly divided into two groups:the observation group and the control group (n=30).The treatment of corresponding Chinese traditional medicine (3 times a day) and five lines of music (2 times a day,30 minutes each time) based on syndrome differentiation of TCM was applied to the observation group.Routine drug treatment was applied to the control group. The improvement of the symptoms of tachycardia and vegetative nerve functional disturbance,integral of clinical symptom of TCM,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),adverse events and security indices are reported.Statistical data was processing by statistical software (SPSS 22.0).Results:1.The age, gender,constituent ratios of syndrome of TCM,integral of clinical symptom of TCM,self-evaluation of anxiety scale and depression self rating scale before treating had no statistical difference.2.After treating the observation group's improvement of the symptoms of tachycardia was better than the control group (P< 0.01).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 82.8% and the obvious effective rate was 27.6%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 72.4% and the obvious effective rate was 17.2%.3.After treating the observation group's improvement of the symptoms of vegetative nerve functional disturbance was better than the control group (P< 0.01).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 86.2% and the obvious effective rate was 31.0%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 72.4% and the obvious effective rate was 20.7%.4.After treating,the integral of clinical symptom of TCM of observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P< 0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 86.2% and the obvious effective rate was 27.6%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 70.0% and the obvious effective rate was 20.7%.5.After treating,the SAS of observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P<0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 82.8% and the obvious effective rate was 31.0%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 72.4% and the obvious effective rate was 24.1%.6.After treating,the SDS of observation group was obviously lower than the control group (P< 0.05).In the observation group,the total effective rate was 82.8% and the obvious effective rate was 27.6%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 72.4% and the obvious effective rate was 20.7%.7.After treating,security indices of two groups were not found abnormal.In the process of the treatment,adverse reaction and side effect were not reported.Conclusion:the treatment based on syndrome differentiation of TCM and five lines of music in treating cardiac neurosis was Significantly better than routine drug treatment in the improvement of the symptoms of tachycardia and vegetative nerve functional disturbance,integral of clinical symptom of TCM,SAS and SDS.In the process of the treatment,adverse reaction and side effect were not reported.It is a safe and effective treatment and worth promoting.
