| Objective:Disscuss the clinical characters of the spontaneous renal pelvis ruptureMethods:The review the clinical data of a sample of spontaneous renal pelvis rupture, and analysis the etiology?pathogenesis and diagnose of the spontaneous renal pelvis rupture.Results:The spontaneous pelvis rupture is rarely happened in clinical context,and its most common reason is ureteral calcula.Conclusion:The computerized tomography can provide the most direct evidence to diagnose the spontaneous renal pelvis rupture, and for the people whose vital sign were stable or the people who had strong will of retention of their kidney. we could also take the conservative treatment. |
