Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) and obesity have a close relationship, PCOS may result in obesity, and obesity can also lead to metabolic disorders in patients with PCOS. Therefore,weight loss becomes one of the most important treatments for PCOS.In this review, we will summarize the pharmacotherapy and bariatric surgery for treatment of PCOS.
