The high morbidity and mortality of cerebral apoplexy has received the widespread attention of the society, while the young stroke showed a trend of increase year by year, to family and society has brought great pain and economic burden. Study found that both at home and abroad, the occurrence of young stroke is the result of a variety of factors, and can be accessed by most of a healthy lifestyle, regular physical examination, routine screening methods can avoid or delay the onset of cerebral apoplexy, and improve the quality of life. In this paper, the young stroke can interfere factors such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, smoking, drinking, cardiac embolism, homocysteine hematic disease, intestinal inflammatory diseases, such as AIDS and vascular malformation and unforeseeable factors such as age, gender, family history, etc. Are reviewed briefly, for young stroke prevention, treatment, and provides the basis for publicity and education.
