Objective:Acute gastrointestinal dysfunction Plays a very important rol e in the development and changes of critically ill,The progress of gast rointestinal dysfunction is directly related to the prognosis of criticall y ill children. Therefore, The purpose of this study is to explorethe ris k factors of gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill children and p revention measures. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 78 cases in our hospital from 201 3 January to December.comparison of clinical characteristics of death group and survival group of children by age, respectively, critical illnes s score, malnutrition, The independent variables Are age, critical illness score, mainutrition, bad circulation or shock, pulmonary, cardiovascular, brai n,blood, liver, kidney system dysfunction anda cidosis. First, put the outc ome of a disease as the dependent variables,to make a single factor Logistic regression analysis, Multivariate statistical analysis was perfor med by unconditioned Logistic regression. Results:? 42 children were alive while 36 children were dead. The in cidence of death was 46.2%.?By multivariate statistical analysis,fo ur variables that independently predicted death were defined as follo ws:cardiovascular failure(OR=19.17), brain failure(OR=10.28),liver fa ilure(OR=10.09),and Poor circulation or shock(OR=10.07)Conclusion:Prognosis of acute gastrointestinal dysfunction in critically ill children with a variety of factors, mainly associated with cardiov ascular, brain, liver failure and poor circulation systems or shock.Eac h organ damage should be evaluated dynamically in clinical work, an d To protect the functions of all organs,And to give a positive interv ention measures.
