Nursing staff plays an important role in maintaining the health of patients as an important part of medical industry. In recent years, due to the change of environment occupation, the turnover rate of nursing staff continues to rise, seriously affected the healthy development of medical and health undertakings, need to change quickly.Based on the study and understanding of organizational identification, career identification and turnover theory, this paper will analyze the status quo of nursing staffs loss of D hospital for nearly three years, by using a variety of techniques such as material analysis, questionnaire survey, interview and theory research, understanding the intention and characteristics of nursing staffs as well as analyzing the turnover reason and the effect which caused to the hospital. Due to the lack of correct understanding of nursing occupation and the D hospital’s own private nature, The nursing staffs only think their career is to obtain payment for labor tools and means, consider the D Hospital as mobile location for remuneration.Their occupational identity is missing and the collective pride is not strong. They are not really realize their job which is giving the emotion and expectation to every patient as well as every family even the whole society,but ignoring the superiority and pride. They have more of a blundering heart and less love and responsibility. therefore, based on the main line of awaking the nursing staff recognition of nursing occupation and the purpose of cultivation of nursing personnel master consciousness, this paper will propose some measurements to change the nursing staff’s working environment and inner feelings form the respect of occupation planning and psychological aspects through the three level’s interaction of hospital, department and nursing staff, to continuously remind nursing staff’s inner sense of superiority and pride,enhance occupation identity and sense of belonging to the hospital, we do hope to work with the hospital hand in hand. accomplish our value of life by a sound platform which created by D hospital, eventually reduce the turnover rate of the D hospital nursing staffs.
