Investigation And Analysis On The Risk Factor Of Uterine Leiomyomas And Surgical Method

Objective:Uterine leiomyoma is the most common benign tumour occurring in women in the reproductive age. In this article,to analysis on the risk factor of uterine leiomyomas through the epidemiological investigation method,at the same time,to analysis the correlation of t he age of the patients with uterine fibroids, the size of the myoma, myoma parts, and the choice of operation method in the Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College.To explore the clinical characteristics of uterine fibroids and selection of operation method.To summarize the experiences of clinical diagnosis and treatment of uterine fibroids.To make a better guide to clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:We conducted a questionnaire survey on premenopausal women aged from 25 to 55 years in the Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College using case control study.500 cases were patients with uterine leiomyoma confirmed in Yijishan Hospital of Wannan Medical College between December 2013 and December 2014,while 500 cases were patients without uterine leiomyoma or healthy volunteers during the same period.To record cases of myoma of uterus myoma size, position, clinical manifestations, surgical procedure and postoperative complications.Then we entered the results into database followed by application of Sp SS software for statistical analysis.Results:Menstrualdisorder,abdominal fat thickness,waistline, vaginitis,cervicitis,pelvic inflammation disease,abortion times,consumption of soy products are the risk factors of uterine leiomyoma by univariate or multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis,while physical activity,the cumulative lactation time,the times of pregnancy are the protection of the uterine fibroids.Hysteromyoma patients age, and the size of the myoma,fibroids parts have correlation with the choice of operation method through the clinical analysis of 500 cases of uterine fibroids.Conclusion:The menstrual disorder,physical activity less,obesity,vaginitis,cervicitis,pelvic inflammation disease,abortion times,the cumulative lactation time less,the times of pregnancy less,regular consumption of soy products are closely related to uterine leiomyoma prevalence,and may be risk factors for uterine leiomyoma.Hysteromyoma patients age, and the size of the myoma, fibroids parts may have an impact on the choice of the ways of uterine leiomyoma surgery.
