Objective:To investigate the the pregnancy outcome after hysteroscopy surgery of fertile women patients with submucous myoma of uterus. Methods:Retrospectively investigate the clinical data of fertile patients who had birth demand with submucous myoma of uterus of Women’s Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University from January2007to January2012and follow-up the pregnancy outcomes of patients after surgery. Results:The average age of fertile patients with submucous myoma of uterus is30.42±4.41years old. The most common clinical manifestations of0type submucosal uterine fibroids are menorrhagia8/20(40%) and prolonged menstruation6/20(30%), next are lower abdominal pain2/20(10%), menometrorrhagia2/20(10%), no obvious symptoms2/20(10%), contact bleeding1/20(5%) and infertility1/20(5%), and the rate of pregnancy after surgery is64.7%. The most common clinical manifestations of I type submucosal myoma are menorrhagia14/33(42.4%) and prolonged menstruation12/33(36.4%), next are menometrorrhagia4/33(12.1%), infertility3/33(9.1%) and lower abdominal pain2/33(6.1%), and the rate of pregnancy after surgery is64.3%。 The most common clinical manifestations of Ⅱ type submucosal myoma are menorrhagia4/7(57.1%) and prolonged menstruation3/7(42.8%), next are lower abdominal pain1/7(14.3%) and infertility1/7(14.3%), and the rate of pregnancy after surgery is57.1%. There is no obvious statistical difference between the groups of three types of submucous myoma in the rate of pregnancy.Discussions:Submucous myoma is a benign disease, there is no obvious difference in the outcome of pregnancy according to the classification of submucous myoma. Submucosal uterine fibroids without other gynecological disease basically has a good pregnancy outcome after surgical treatment, and the ones complicating with other gynecological disease can improve their pregnancy outcomes after eliminating mechanical factors bat has a poor pregnancy outcome compared with Submucosal uterine fibroids without other gynecological disease. There still has an influence of the pregnancy outcome for the submucous myoma which is in the special sites after the surgery.
