The Clinical Effect Study About Yiwenghouchangtang To Treat The Chronic Diarrhea Of Demp-Heat Type

Objective: Observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of damp heat type of chronic diarrhea in Heilongjiang Province Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Gastroenterology director Zhang Yali prescribed by yiwenghouchangtang. On the treatment onset time, the effectiveness, safety, long-term efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed and discussed, to expect a more suitable method to improve the quality of life of patients with chronic diarrhea. Provide a medical basis for the treatment of damp heat type of chronic diarrhea as clinically safe and effective method of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Patients with damp heat type of chronic diarrhea selection of 60 met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group(32 cases) and control group(28 cases),Chinese medicine treatment group were given yiwenghouchangtang, the control group was treated with Berberine Tablets. The course of treatment in the two groups were 2 weeks.Results: in the treatment group and the control group the onset time compared to the treatment group the onset time is shorter than the control group(P < 0.05). Comparison of symptom score in the treatment process, the statistical analysis: after 3 days of treatment, treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After 5 days of treatment, treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05). After 10 days of treatment, the treatment group than in control group(P < 0.05). After 14 days of treatment, is at the end of the treatment, in the treatment group than the control group, P < 0.05. Overall efficacy comparison: the treatment group is better than the control group, P<0.05. The long-term effect comparison: the treatment group is better than the control group, P<0.05. The recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05.Conclusion: This study showed that in the onset time of treatment group was superior to the control group; in clinical symptoms, two groups were all improved, but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the long-term efficacy of treatment group was far better than that of the control group. In addition, recurrence rate in the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group and clinical trial no adverse events that yiwenghouchangtang in the treatment of damp heat type of chronic diarrhea is one of the effective ways.
